Took a long time to receive my order when I got the delivery my pizza was cold. The delivery driver didn’t have change. I called the store and they hung up on me. I had to drive to the store and they wouldn’t give me my money back or the change from my $20 I gave the delivery driver to pay for my order when the total was $11:75!!! They Fixed me a new pizza smh

I have tried to order pizza from this store for the last 3 day and each time they cancel my order and didn't let me know I was sitting around waiting on an pizza that never came. You have messed up business with an good customer. I work from home and love pizza so I always order pizza for my lunch 3 out of 5 day a week.
Ordered pizza at 7:30 didn’t get order until 10:30 an i had to pick it up. Called an was on hold over 45 mins for the rude chick that answered the phone an to tell me well because they only had one delivery driver. Don’t take delivery if you don’t have drivers. To the girl that answers the phone, you are talking to customers about their food that they have paid their money for , if you don’t like your job quit. DONT ORDER FROM HERE , your order won’t arrive . They also were closed an i had to ask well how will i get my order ? Never again.
I will never order from this location again due to the service over the phone .. I don’t recommend this location at all I waited a hour in a half …they could have been called me so I could made other plans in then the girl hang up in my face … I calls back they closed I’m so over it
I ordered 2 pizzas. BOTH had hair on them.

Said 15 minutes was closer to 40 that was okay. But what is not is hardly no cheese on my pizza! And still doughy undercooked! Threw it in the trash after one bite!
Horrible every time I place an order here it’s a problem. Today I couldn’t get my pizza because I was paying cash for the delivery. Save yourself time.
If I could leave a negative rating I would. This location should be shut down ordered at 8 and it's 1020 now. Hire individuals that take pride in there work and care about there customers.
