Stopped here on our way to South GA. Food was good place was clean. It was 5:30 on Friday, they had 6 people behind the counter and the line was long af bc they were slow AF. I think the cashier was training but she was so slow/new abs people were walking out. I felt bad for her but why wasn’t her trainer or manager able to jump on the other register and help her out?!
Garbage. Limited items. Everything was sweet.. Why? Egg roll - horrible. String bean chicken - hard,sweet, and a horrible pasty sauce, beef and brocoli tasted old, sour with a sweet covering. Same thick pasty sauce, dark beef- tasted old, chewy, sweet, not as much of the pasty sauce but still nasty. Very disappointed. I used to visit frequently. I won't be back. ?
I feel as though this restaurant never has a variety of meat. My children enjoy the food so I tend to go gor them. They should have a better selection of chicken rather than just two options.
I have to rate this place low but only because this particular location has to be the only Panda Express I have visited more than once where there were limited selection of meats. The options that are available seems to look poor in quality. I don’t understand how you don’t have teriyaki chicken (03/01/22)-just to confirm my complaint. I hope this place gets better but until leadership takes this place serious, I won’t be back. Shut it down or serve my community the same way you would in Duluth or McDonough.
I would like to say that I would've gave you guys a 5 the cleanliness everything was organized it was nice setting. But the person who I spoke with who got me my food she said would I like a plate bowl or whatever I said a bowl and then I said how are you doing today and she just looked away and got me my food and didn't want talk . I don't think you should work in the restaurant industry if you can't entertain at least a customer who says how are you doing today it's pretty sad but I wanted to give you guys a 5 but it was 4 somebody in your front end who messed all that up great food tho! I did try it on the cashier and the cashier said that they were having a great day and asked me how I was doing
It was busy and I made a line to order, when I get there they didn't have any chicken. The attendance told me 15 minutes wait for the chicken so I decided to wait. I sit aside and she never call me or do anything to tell me the chicken was ready. When I try to get her attention she pretended she didn't notice me, the other people was looking at me like.....go make a line. I went to make a line again and when it was my turn the same attendance asked me what I wanted without saying anything else to me. I didn't say anything just ordered my food but that was rude, not good customer service. I work in retail store and I try my best to help people or let them know I knowledge they are there and I would help them as soon as I can.
7 pm on a Sunday and they had ran out of everything. They credit card system is sketchy AF. Staff, however, are super friendly. Manager was also friendly even after their card machine was being sketchy.
Panda Express is one of my favorite places to eat at but I am leaving Tannika (the manager) a poor review because of the way she handled me today. I guess when people see someone walk in with a hat and a hoody, they think they can act and talk any type of way. I understand being overwhelmed by work (as I could see on your face) but when I ask you to serve me fresh meat that just came from the kitchen and you get snappy telling me it’s all the same, I get a problem with that! It’s my hard-earned money that I am spending and I should get what I asked for not what you think I should get. I can look and tell a difference between food you cooked 2 hours ago and the one which just came from the kitchen. Believe me, I used to be FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR! I can tell! Then she will dig deep in the orange chicken bowl to serve me the ones from the bottom (old ones) “oversoaked in orange sauce without crisp” when the pan is full of fresh orange chicken. I am really disappointed with this experience. My orange chicken was overly sour compared to what I usually order! Poor experience! Please serve clients what they ask for and serve reasonable portions. This is the smallest portion I have ever ordered at any Panda Express.
Don’t order a Panda Bowl because they intentionally stuff as much rice/ noodles as possible in order to put less entree in it. Also be prepared to give fingerprints and a blood sample to pick up your food. Not enough to give name and exact order.. do they think people will just come in there and say a random name hoping to steal so food??
Let me start off by saying Panda Express is me and my kiddos go to spot. This would otherwise be a good review. However, LATELY Panda Express is way off. I don’t know if it’s only this location but there selection of food is horrible. They only have a few options now and not the good stuff. As busy as this location is there is no excuse. Do better.
