Let me tip what I want!!The restaurant was cleanThe waitress was pleasantThe seasoning was goodThe food was skimpy-crab legs & shrimpBut!But!! But!! Never never spend my money!It was a group of 6 and we all split the bill 2 per person! They had the Audacity to gratuitize themselves! Not the 15% but the 18%ALL MY FRIENDS that I was planning on inviting this weekend-we changed our minds! We are going to Juicy Crab ? instead!!
My first time eating here. Walked in and the hostess led us to a booth but the party I was with wanted to sit at a table,(there were three of us). Once seated we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. After a few more minutes we got the attention of a waitress. She said she would come back in a few minutes to take our order. Another 8 min passed and still no service! The place was not busy, maybe four booths were occupied. No other table had any customers but our. Finally our order was taken. It took another 10 minutes to get the water we ordered. The tea came 5 minutes after the water! Finally the food arrived, the fish was delicious, not too hot to and the shrimp were a very nice size with a nice flavor but the Cajun fries lacked season. I will go back but I'll try another side or I'll get a low country boil! Overall the food was good! GN and HAG1❣️
I Put 1 star the food was not bad. My problem with this place is the girl name Michelle is a thief.She somehow charged my card $64.80 but my receipt says $54.00I brought 2 meals for $25 the tax was only $4.I got a bank notification to my phone showing how much I was really charged despite the receipt.I called to talk to someone about it and she pretty much made it seem like I was lying when I have the proof.I did not tip her because I did a walk in to pick up my food. They need to get rid of Michelle, there is no telling who else she stole tips from.Then the lady had a nerve to say this has never been an issue at this place before.Well today it did happen and little did she know when I purchase something my notifications come to my phone.Other than people stealing tip money off my card the food was great!
Take outOur food did not have any flavor whatsoever. I got shrimp in the Krab special sauce tasted. I should have stuck with rockin crab. Husband crab legs were not fresh shrimp was not deveined. Wings over cooked. Money not well spent. We will not return
I come here at least twice a month. Place is always clean, service is always quick and easy, music is good, and their boils are delicious. Not too oily or salty, great flavor.
Beautiful restaurant. Atmosphere is amazing. Great selection of music. However, customer service is trash. Food is decent at best. I’m really big on customer service. Waited 10 min to get seated, ended up sitting ourselves at the bar because lady at the door was busy on her phone. Bar staff wasn’t attentive at all.
This was a fantastic find! The place was very clean and the hostess and waitress were very friendly. I ordered the fried flounder basket with cajun fries and a side of broccoli. The fish was fresh and very well cooked. The fries were tasty and the freshly steamed broccoli came in its own plastic bag which helped to hold in the heat. The food was very delicious and the portions were healthy!
Dined in on a Sunday evening around 7:30pm. It took atleast 5-8 mins for someone to greet me at the door and seat me at a table. The waitress came to take my drink order pretty quickly. Took her a while to come back and get my food order. I ordered cheese sticks and the 2 crab clusters combo. They came out at the same time which was a little disappointing since I expected the cheese sticks to come out first as an appetizer. My waitress came to check one me ONE time throughout the course of meal. That was about 15-20 mins after I got my food.The cheese sticks were good.The seafood boil was just okay.I ordered a lemon drop. That was pretty good well.The service needs work.She was friendly, just a bit slow.
This place is the best. I have been here every Saturday since they have open and I am always satisfied everyone I bring love sit also. The pic boys are amazing lobster and shrimp. They season the Food so good I just love it.
Food is always great ? sometimes ? legs be a little small and not enough meat in them but the taste makes up for it.
