TERRIBLE RESTAURANT. Went in just before 7pm and they literally had only meat, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, chips and queso. They were also out of the tortillas for burritos. It was a DISASTER. They did not think to mention any of this to customers that were standing in the line. I ordered a quesadilla with only meat and cheese. Nothing else to choose from. I was still charged FULL PRICE. The guy at the register offered a free drink. Really?!? Ridiculous. I will NEVER return!!! Do better! No excuse to not have food cooked and to have customers wait in line and not inform them of the food shortage.
You know how you get those murky vibes when an employee doesn't want to be at work?! Yeahhh, that energy was transferred throughout because I even disliked my food but for the sake of NOT wasting my money, I ate what I could and trashed the rest. SMH... I probably won't be eating at another Moe's at all.
I only had quac and chips but enjoyed being able to eat in and enjoy the atmosphere.
I definitely regret choosing this location because they're not open and it's 11:15 and it's supposed to be open at 11 o'clock promptly. I came to this location early and waited actually from from 10:43 and it's still is not open now at 11:15 . I drove around back to see if anyone was parked and there were 2 white cars sitting there with people in it but no one was getting out too to go into this place of business. It's very unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers who expecting a business to be open at the time it states that its going to be open.
The customer service is horrible. Each employee laughed and played the whole time while preparing my order. One even dropped the first bowl that was prepared for me and had to do it over. Please do better.
Prices are up portions are smaller and quality it's not the same is it used to be. You still get chips and all the salsa you can eat. And the chips are not as greasy as they used to be.
Restaurant is currently closing on Saturdays because they are short staffed, I would pick a different location that has accurate hours. They lack customer service and cleanliness.
Order catering from Moe's. They did an great job. Everything we need was provided. Neesha handle my order and was awesome. Thanks
they only give two salsa cups for online orders. that’s not enough for the amount of chips they provide in the bag. it’s free, but that does not make sense.
I love them. I'm pregnant and they make my food good and amazing every time
