So I promised that I would give the manger a good review ummm they messed up my order and she kindly gave me free Fries I didn’t even ask for it so I put my food in the car storm back in the restaurant and told that her service and her dealing with me isPhenomenal is very rare to find a manger that’s not rude . Who ever was the manger at 5:00 on the 23 deserve a round of applause. I don’t know about those other comments but the manager got it together ???????????
This is the best McDonald’s experience I ever had. The staff could not have been nicer. I came late night with friends in an RV. Not only did they still let me order, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Bri & the other woman working the cashier made sure multiple times I received my food & even gave me a free bottle of water. The food was some of the best I’ve gotten at McDonald’s and was done quickly even with the long line. Really glad we stopped here!
They gave my daughter a happy meal without the chicken nuggets. We was missing 3 10 piece nuggets 2 medium fries as well. The girl taking our order took forever then walked away and left us standing and never did come back. Not sure why we did but we managed to flag down another worker to finish our order. Then it took over 20 minutes to get our food well some of it then another 20 to get the rest of it. Mind you this was an inside order we was eating it there.
Went to drive through, both my large fries were actually cold, therefore I parked and went inside to exchange for hot fries. Person took the cold fries I walked inside with and tossed them back in with all the other fries that were already made. Guess he trusted me not to have done anything terrible to those fries before I took them back inside. Gave me new fries that were somewhat warm. I then decided that I am done with fast food establishments.
Great service very happy with the customer service I did park in a mobile spot I only had to wait about 4 minutes for my food to come out and it was hot and fresh and I'm very happy thank you guys for doing a great job you guys have great staff I'm very clean environment drive the lines are never too long they go really fast even if they are long
Everyone knows I am big on customer service. We pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, and my daughter placed her order immediately (she already knew what she and the kids wanted). When she was finished, the voice on the speaker asked if there would be anything else? At that time, I answered "Yes" because I didn't see a Mac nugget combo. I asked, "Do the nuggets come in a combo?" Where was no response, so I asked again. The voice from the speaker stated, "No." The same voice on the speaker yells "Oh my God really, just order" (I don't think she know we could hear her) I then said I would like a 6-piece nugget and fries. The voice asked, would that be a 4 - or 6-piece? Once again, I stated a 6-piece. The voice on the speaker asked, "Would there be anything else?" I stated,"No. " We were told our total, we said thank you. The voice on the speaker said, "Thank God that's over." My daughter and I looked at each other; my don't said don't say anything. I guess the person on the speaker realized we heard her because next, she yelled, "Oh, sh**!" When we pulled around to the window to pay, the young lady didn't make eye contact. She very softly muttered, thank you.
The managers on duty Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 10:30am were BULLIES. It was very disheartening to be eating my food and witness a manager verbally abuse an employee. Then to witness another manager come out and do the same thing….My heart dropped for the employee and my appetite was ruined. The lobby wasn’t even busy!With that being said, GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!(I only got one of the managers names, the one who verbally abused the employee first, her name is SANDY!! Miss Sandy keeps the breakfast shift at this McDonald's location running as smooth as the butter that goes on the biscuits that I order every morning; this is the fastest, most reliable McDonald's breakfast you can get in Metro Atlanta, and probably anywhere, and Miss Sandy's smile and positive attitude do as much to get my morning started right as my large coffee does. I come here every morning before work, and without Miss Sanding running the operation as smoothly as she does, it would probably take too long to get my order for me to make coming here a part of my morning routine. Give this woman a raise!
Best experience at McDonald's. The manager is so sweet. Several customers that inside the restaurant are regulars and she knew them all by name. She treated everyone that walked through the door like a special customer.
This McDonald's was cleaner and smelled better than many I have been into lately. The food was common fair regular McDonald's stuff.
