Thought I would treat myself to a late lunch and enjoy one of my favorites a rib-eye steak. First I know without a doubt LONGHORN is NOT a top steak spot however it's what's close. So I go into LONGHORN order my food it's served on a broken plate. I send it back they dump it on another plate and bring it back. I pack it all up and come home to a rib eye that has not a bit of marbling it was so tuff and yes I mean T U F F. I could barely cut it, it was the worst.
Jordan K. provided great service. She acknowledged the kitchen delay early and was attentive. Our steaks were cooked as requested as this location can be hit or miss.
Food was excellent ! The wait for our food was a about 45 mins to hr. Server was very pleasant. Again , food was amazing, wait not so much.
I order a to go and it took and hour before they brought my food. Appetizer was hard and cold. Just awful experience not only once but twice. They should tell you first what they do not have instead of waiting until you get your food. I advise do not go to this longhorn, sloppy service. Curbside took over an hour..
The food was delicious! It tasted great, was packaged well, fresh and hot! The curbside server was professional and courteous. An overall great experience!
Me and my girlfriend are visiting the area and we love Longhorn steakhouse so we decided to visit and we sure were not disappointed! Very clean and friendly staff. The food quality was as good if not better than ours back home and our server Michael was very nice, energetic and had a joking personality! I definitely would recommend coming here and if we are back in the area we will be back and try to get Michael again!
I was not a Longhorn person, this was only my second visit ever. However, this will be added on as a go-to spot for me. I was quoted a wait time of 25 minute because it was very busy for a Sunday but, management came through and cut the wait down to 10 minutes. The food was great! It was hot, tasted good and they added more items to the menu. I was going to go to the Chili's next door but I'm glad I changed my mind. The waitress was extra friendly and had no problem switching out an item in my order when I realized it was pork, which I don't eat. Overall, great experience and I will definitely be returning soon!!
I just don’t understand how a steakhouse doesn’t know how to properly prepare a steak. Every time I come to this location they do not make my steak correctly. I ordered a MEDIUM WELL steak. I even made sure to put it in the notes as well. Last time I ordered a steak from here it was literally BURNT. As well as my baked potato. This time I order a steak, and it’s basically still mooing. I spend too much money at this establishment to receive such poor quality meals
I usually enjoy myself when I visit this location, from food to the experience of the restaurant. During the Pandemic, I was one of many that kept patronizing this location to keep the restaurant open. However, this last visit our food was served cold (baby back ribs). The wall coverings were dusty, the woman’s bathroom filthy dirty. I asked for the management, Amanda came, and in a few minutes, she said it was done. Well, it was not, and then she gave me an excuse that the toilets are automatic and she didn't expect her staff to dig their hands ? in the toilets??♀️??♀️. Really ? on a higher note our waitress Monique was WONDERFUL ???
First off, coming into the restaurant a masculine presenting young woman with a fade (low haircut similar to a male) was rude. She addressed us very inappropriately. After telling her that we needed a table for two she threw her hands up and said go have a seat. You will be waiting for about 20 minutes. The wait time wasn’t that long but she was extremely rude. Once our table was ready she called out to us like we were people off the street and took us to our table. We got seated. Our server didn’t come until we sat for another 20 or 30 minutes (unacceptable!). A petite young woman with long dreads. We never had our drinks refreshed. After we received our to-go plates we were given plastic bags similar to the ones they give you at wing places/Chinese food restaurants. Since she never refreshed our drinks I asked for a strawberry lemonade to go. I was given my strawberry lemonade in a paper cup that had a Coke advertisement on it. LolLet me say this. I don’t like to use this word but this Longhorn was very similar to what people would considered to be ghetto. The tables around us were filthy and the way that we were handled was extremely tacky and unbecoming of a restaurant. My food was delicious (The only reason they got two stars.) but everything else was AWFUL. The restrooms were filthy as well. You have been warned!
