Ordered two pizzas. Only got one, person at register refused to help us. We paid there to the SAME person as well, even had the receipt. Place is a scam. Probably kept the other pizza to eat.
I ordered 4 pizzas & it took 30 mins to get them. 3 of my pizza were ready sitting there while waiting for 1 cheese pizza that took 10 mins! It was ridiculously uncalled for. The pizza was still good thought, not as hot but still good.
The pizza is NEVER hot and ready. You literally have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza. I rather order else where and pick up
Staff was a little of their game. Very slow to help customer. Pizza was good though.

I picked up my order in the drive through. I’m a regular customer of this specific location. Normally the food is always fresh.. My experience was very disappointing. I ordered a cheese pizza and the slices and sticks special, however there was nothing special about my order. My kids kept saying the pizza was hard. I couldn’t believe they would even serve this to anyone. I took it back today and the manager offered me another pizza.
The dough is raw, which made it really gushy. We couldn't even pick up a slice to eat, very disappointing.
Although the meals were nice and tender. The pizza was very cheesy like the logo. Customer service here is terrible, one time i placed an order of 5 pizzas they gave me a half bitten pizza box. How outrageous, that was a furious experience but another one that’s even more infuriating was this one time they put pineapple on my pizza and I clearly stated for a cheese pizza. They disrespected me and mixed me up with another order. I got refunded half I payed and I’m never going to buy here again. (This is 2 days later and I just bought little Caesar’s pizza again oops)
