Customer service can be better. No getting upon arrival to window. I sat at the window for 5 minutes before the cashier started they were waiting in my chili pups, which were dipped in grease. My Krystal chics set on the counter and were cold and hard by the time I received my food. I worked at Krystals so I know how it is to dip the pups, but the bread was hard too. This is not the service we provided when I worked there many years ago. Sadly, I will not return to this location. I didn't return the food, because I was already running late for an appointment. If you want quality service, hot, fresh food, choose another location.
Horrible online app experience; was worried about the food/service itself..but I was shocked to find how organized they prepared my bulk order. They color coded each batch and everything tasted fresh!This is by far the best Krystal in Georgia I’ve been to; kudos to y’all
The person taken orders that day was a site to see her in action...quick..to the point...I worked drive thru long ago at a Wendy's.. this girl was amazing...the food was good too.. but listening to her..while eating was a treat....know what you want before you get there....because...she is the type of person...she wants your order...get it correct..and get you out of there..quickly.....like it should be..
My granddaughter and I went to this location to dine in. There were two associates in the dining area. We received no greeting. I went to the register and waited as they meandered around in the kitchen area. After receiving no verbal contact for about eight minutes I took my granddaughters hands and left. We went to Chick fil A and had a wonderful experience. Maybe that is why there dining room was empty.
I enjoy eating Krystal’s however , the recent experience i had at this location was horrible . The manager had POOR customer service, she was rude & had a disgusting attitude. Once i arrived at the window , i asked if she could repeat my order just so that i can ensure she heard my order correctly being that she was rushing to take my order, instead of repeating my order , with an attitude she repeatedly stated my total as if i was hard of hearing . Once i received my food , i drove out the line so that i didn’t have to hold up the line . As i looked into the bag , my order was indeed wrong !! I pulled back around to drive through , with a calm tone and stated “ My order is wrong “ and as I’m trying to inform her of what’s wrong with my order she rudely interrupts me and states “ Well i didn’t make your food “ With LOTS of aggression! Instead of taking ownership of the situation & being a little more remorseful of the situation she wanted attention i refused to give. I too am a manager and would NEVER act in such a way with the guest that comes to my establishment. As i expressed to her that i eat at that Krystal’s every morning , Krystal’s has lost a faithful customer due to unpleasant management & unpleasant experience.Her name was TASHA
I love this location it has always been a favorite one because the food is fresh, hot and tasty. Friendly staff but I wish they go to the original fries I like that better instead.
They have good grits. They are not soupy, but thick and just right. My food is always fresh. Love this Krystal.
This visit was so much better than the last. The cashier was patient and friendly. The order was taken and received quickly. In and out, good visit.
2 nights in a row we've gone for a late late night dinner/breakfast and wanted to try the new hush puppies. The the first the whole inside of the hush puppies were raw. The next night we wanted to try them again so we bit the bullet and ordered them again and guess what? Raw again! That's like $5 worth of raw hush puppies. Thanks a lot.
I was picking up a delivery order for doordash. I must say it was one of the most professional, pleasant experiences I've ever had at a Krystal. The order was ready and I did not have to wait even though I did have to go through the drive-thru line and could not pick it up on the inside.
