I was at the Mount Zion Road location. 1493 Mount Zion on June 4th at 6:14 p.m. my total for purchase was $15.30 and my ticket number 4895. The chicken breast I had was undercooked the coleslaw had a bad odor my chicken leg was old and dried out I tried to call, but the phone just rang then when I tried to call back later that evening I encountered a busy signal. I tried to call this morning which is June 5th at 2pm someone picked up the phone at the KFC and then immediately hung it up. My food was horrible and I would like to get a refund or some type of compensation for food that I had to throw in the garbage.

Terrible service. Does not live up to the "fried to order" promise advertised outside. Food took over 40 minutes, not to mention the employees forgot our order and had to request our receipt after 35 minutes. They lost the receipt and our order was incomplete when we received it. Meanwhile, five different to-go orders were done while our dine-in order wasn't. After we got our food, one client cancelled his order and threatened to call the police over a refund. Another left the establishment without ordering anything.

Worst service ever. 2 times my order was messed up. Giving them a 3rd chance tonight, I have waited for my pick up for over 20 minutes past the time it said, I have watched them do 8 window orders and about 8 walk ups and they have all left with food. Manager walked right by me saying he was going outside for a smoke.

I'm totally disgusted. The lady at the front counter was touching food, her mask, the register, other equipment, money and, wiping off tables w/out a cloth with the same gloves on??

After ordering but before paying, I was told there would be a 15 minute wait due to the items I requested just being dropped - an eternity for a drive thru especially when you are already pressed for time. I waited but did not receive so much as an extra napkin for the inconvenience - let alone a card for the so-called "come back meal" I was told I would. Somebody dropped the ball because you don't run out of food between the order screen and the cashier - with 3 cars in the parking lot and nobody in the dining room?!?

The restaurant's food was great and the temperature of the food was very good. They were currently out of their hot sauce packs; however, the manager did substitute jalepeno peppers in lieu of the condiment upon request of course. Both the dining area and restroom were very clean. My family and I were traveling from out of town and wanted a quick fresh meal before getting back on the road, so we chose this location to share a meal with our child who currently attends a nearby college. We would definitely dine here again.

Employees don't want to work the drive thru was told to come inside. The place was dead empty. Ordered the chicken super hard like it been sitting under a heat lamp all day. So much for cooked fresh. Stay away from this location. Place is trash ?

First off was instructed to come in to place our order because they weren't taking drive thru orde. Cashier did his job but the ppl putting thing together it's was wreck missing half our order had to go back repeatedly didn't even bother telling them they gave me a regular chicken sandwich and not a spicy. It was terrible

Shout out to the KFC 1493 Mt Zion Rd, Morrow, GA for their nasty dried out chicken and drum sticks small as a Chinese chicken wing, with dried out biscuits . I felt so cheated out of 13.59, just dont go there.

So 2 of the 3 employees were poorly trained. The short oversized one didn't care about serving food. The cashier didn't know that she lives on earth. This was an order for uber, and they were clueless about business. Normally I wouldn't care cuz I don't eat that... but try stocking in a warehouse no customer service. And I'm calling corporate.
