We went by on a late Sunday evening as we were heading home from Atlanta. It wasn't terribly busy, but they didn't have enough staff for consistent service. The staff on hand were friendly, and obviously handling several other people's jobs. The food was ok. Pancakes are really what you want to order at an ihop. They do those better than anyone! Chicken and waffles, not so much. Chicken tenders from a bag, fried earlier, not freshly made. Great fluffy waffle, not enough butter to cover more than one quarter though. And the lack of staff meant no way to get more while it stood a chance of melting. New York Cheesecake Pancakes and Double Blueberry Pancakes were fantastic! So, when you hit an ihop, stick with what they do best!
I've been here several times. This was the worst service I've ever received.? First the hostess came over and took our orders without anything to write on. She assured us that she had it right because after all she has taken 50 people orders before so she definitely could remember 3 orders. Well that didn't go well because she put the orders in wrong. Alright, now the waitress is retaking our orders. She brings the food out and of course it's not right. I asked for a steak omelet add spinach. My omelet didn't have the onions in it and the spinach was half cooked and laying on top. I asked for water and a coffee at the very beginning and I never received the water. I drunk the coffee while waiting on the waitress to try to get the orders right. I then ask for a refill and some hazelnut creamer. Ten minutes later I was given 15 creamers and still no water or coffee refills. Let's get it clear I'm just telling my story because my friend and her grandson is dealing with their own issues with the service. I was really aggravated now so I asked for the manager. After she came over and we discussed what was going on she asked us in a very sarcastic manner what could she do for us to make it right. I asked her if we could just start all over again. She explained to us before she took our orders again that she just wanted us to know they didn't have any steak for the STEAK OMELET! I then ask her what were we eating? She said some type of beef? and proceeded to tell me it's still steak. I was so heated at this point. I didn't want anything. I'll surely be reaching out to the cooperate office. ????
The host Jocelyn I believe was her name did a wonderful job. She sat is quickly and got our drinks right away. She was such a pleasure. Way to go night shift. I will definitely be back. I would of left 5 stars but it was a little cold.
Clean. Nice staff. But, like a lot of places, they are short staffed which can adversely affect wait times to be seated and served. They do let you know this off the top, which I liked. Food was good. I had the sirloin tips dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Good fast service and the food is typically good but don't sit by the restroom
The food was delicious, the cashier was friendly. I did take out, the only thing that bothered me was so many people not wearing mask and their was no social Distancing that I could see. I waited outside in the cold for the most part. Thankfully my food was ready in a timely manner.
Servers did an amazing job . i visit on the weekdays and every time i come they never disappoint . I usually get jasmine or marilyn ( i think is her name ) always come back to check on me and give me refills all the time . good job IHOP
Hello All, I was soo hungry and couldn't figure out what to eat so I ended up at the most famous IHOP ? and boy ooh boy was it to my surprise that the food was sooo great hot and the pancakes were soooooo fluffy and I choose to eat the chicken fingers and they too were hot and tender !! Thank you sooo much chef at IHOP he rocked that day!!!! I was over full and stuffed I really ate to much but again I was totally satisfied!! Soo you'll go get your IHOP on in the mid afternoon it must of been about 3ish!! God bless you'll ? ? See you soon IHOP ? ? ? ❤
The server was very sweet and caring but the food wasn't good at all. My husband's chicken tenders had to be sent back for something else because they were old and overcooked and I had to send back my breakfast burrito because it had a hair in it
The staff was very friendly. The food is what's known from IHOP so that was as expected. But theories from the front desk to the person who took our order was top notch. ?
