Great food (fried rice, steamed veggies and Philly egg roles are to die for) but customer service is where this rating is really coming from.. I believe the lady up front is a super hard worker but she’s the only one up front all the time (checking us out/answering the phone/pulling food from the back). Atleast whenever I call or go I notice that it’s the same lady, and I know it’s a lot on her plate. It shows up in her customer service. Sometimes when I call I have a question about another menu item or my total but she’s so rushed to get off the phone to answer others that she hangs up on me so fast. It’s not on her, I know she’s just trying to get her job done but they need to hire more people!
Food is AMAZING! Their Customer Service though ??♀️ Not totally bad, just can't be giving customers negative frustrated energy! I mean go home and come back and try It again!! In addition, why TH is the Small and Medium sizes in the same container?? Just eliminate the Small ????♀️
My wife, and I, have ordered wings from this location for years. We actually came here when they first open. Our favorite flavor was the hot honey garlic wings...
Best dam wings on the Southside !!!!! I've never been to a spot where I can order a wing flavor I came up with in my mind !! My latest creation....Hot Garlic Parmesean ? bussinnnnn!!! The service is very quick, so quick you'd question it , but the food NEVER disappoints and is always FRESH!! Oh yea...them Philly Egg Rolls are the GOAT !!! HANDS DOWN!! If you're reading this review, I promise you won't be disappointed!!Full disclaimer: You may smell a stinch when you walk in...dont pay any mind to it..it's and ongoing issue they have that they have actively been try to get control of. Give them a shot!
It was a bit on the pricy side, I spent $18.14 in total.. I got 6 piece honey garlic wings and drink , along with 2 egg rolls.. it was pretty good actually. I wasn’t expecting it to be so tasty. The Philly cheese egg rolls are to die for.If you’re looking for tasty wings, definitely check them out.
the lady is very nice and about her business. do not come in there on a busy day and be unsure what you want. come prepared and ready but food is always good and nice and hot !
Dinomite!!!!! The food was amazing. My family and I stopped by GW on our way back down to Florida. We were not disappointed. 30 wings and a large fry cost us 36.00 bucks. What a deal! We chose the hot bbq, garlic parm and hot Buffalo with lemon pepper sprinkle extra wet, just the way my hubby likes 'em. I can't wait to go back. Everything was hot and fresh; fries were nice golden and crispy!
YAAASSSS...after reading several reviews of places to eat in the neighborhood, I settled for this place as I wanted both wings and a cheesesteak. And I'm glad I did settle here. Wings were a good size. I got the Honey Hot Garlic Pepper...tons of flavor and saucey and the Cheesesteak, minus the green peppers, was packed full of meat, onions, mushrooms, and flavor. No complaints here! If this place wasn't so far from me, I would drop in every week to try something new on the menu. I read others raving about the cheesesteak eggroll. Will try the next time.
I love the cheesesteak eggrolls... Always crisp and the fried mushrooms are yummy and still juicy. Always courteous and fast.
