Placed an order at 7:30, it's 10:30 and no pizza even though the app said it was being quality checked at 8:05. I offered to pick it up and was told they would cancel the order offer a refund in 7 days and I would have to pay again. Called back at 10:30 & was told the pizza was just made. The girl said they only say it's quality check to clear off the screen.
Slow delivery, sloppy food, just not pleasant. I really disliked my food and we ordered several pizzas for our get-together. The cheese bread is great and the brownie was good, but the pizzas themselves were underwhelming at best and downright hard to eat at worst. We also had to wait a fairly long time to get our food (which to be fair it was at the dinner hour on a friday, so not too many points lost there). When i called to check on the order, the woman I spoke to was quite nice and assured me that my food was out for delivery, which the app confirmed would not be true for another 10 minutes. All in all, it was a lot of money wasted. Go to Marcos
Ok so they didn’t mess up on 1 but 2 pizzas, we order from here every Friday, this pizza was not made good , cold burnt , they said I had extra sauce so does that mean to not put cheese on the pizza ? I had sauce and Bread. I called the 1st time the guy answered stated he made the pizza and he been there for 2 years he never mess up , I ask to speak to a manager he just put the phone down , I had to call back the manager was already in defense mode , I forgot to say I had a delivery the guy ask could I bring the food back . The manager was no help , defense mode all abs can say she’s going to get the call pulled because I’m not letting her talk . Very poor customer service I see where the employees get it from . Please hire a better manager at this location. Thanks
I ordered a small order. Delivery time was estimated to 45 minutes... I tracked it at 30 minute mark... the new estimated time was 120 minutes, then went up again to 134 minutes. I called. They said they were having staff issues. Told me mine would be leaving in the next hour.... an hour later still not out for delivery. 45 minutes later, it says delivered... here it is 4 hours later and no food. My money was refunded, but I am HUNGRY and it's too late to order from anywhere.
Ordered a medium pizza and a drink at 730, tracker said it was delivered at 930. I called and the lady said it was an error and the driver is still out delivering. My hotel is right down the road from the store. I didnt get my order until 10:00. Thats 2 and a half hours! My pizza is soggy and my drink is warm. Total waste of time and money. Delivery gal was nice though
Don't waste your time, or money!!!! Food arrived 2 hrs late. It was cold and disgusting!!!!! Save your money, and anticipation of receiving a quality, hot satisfaction meal!!!!!! I would never order from the again!! What a let down, and waste of hard earned money on this pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you ask for a refund they do require that you return it to their store. What a Joke!!!!! Unhappy Customer.
Ridiculous. I'm standing in line to order and the cashier says they are really busy so it's going to be 35 to 40 minutes. I say no problem, I totally understand.It was about 8pm and they weren't supposed close for several hours.I start to order and some guy in the back suddenly says they aren't taking any more orders. So then the cashier won't take my order. Wasted my gas and time. Will not ever be back.
Pizza is fine. Speed is good. They screw you on the sauce whenever they can. If you get someone to pick up your pizzas, send them with an exact list of what you ordered. Domino's default position is to "forget" to give you any sauces or side items you have paid for. Now I am sure this boils down to workers having there heads up their a***s but so be it. Remember to ask for everything you paid for - it won't naturally be there.
The website said my pizza would be delivered in 35 min it’s took 2 1/2 hrs for it to be delivered and it was cold the driver Samantha was nice. but other then that my pizza was ok. Couple days later I went up there since I knew it was going take a while to be delivered as I walk in music was playing no one greeted me I sat right there for at least 30 mins before anyone said anything.and when they did say some my pizza was ready and hot and fresh. I’m done with domino the customer services stucks
They need to fire the whole staff including the so called supervisor. They have a bunch of children working in this store who don't know how to make a simple order. Dominos is this who you all have running this store???!!!! I will never be ordering from this store again, its time to try a better store.
