I am unsure of the employees name but she was the cashier while we were there and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and kind and had a beautiful smile. We enjoyed her kindness so much that before we left we made sure to leave her a tip to thank her for being something so hard to find in any restaurant business especially fastfood these days.I really wish I would have gotten her name.
Stopped here after a skate party( pizza wasn't so good there) so it was after 10:30pm. 2 cars with hungry kids!! Food was hot & the order was taken, read back and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT! No complaints. No pics cause those meals were demolished instantly!
Love the fresh cooked burgers and fries plus their milkshakes are the bomb!
Went through the drive through last night and when receiving my food I knew it wasn't the right amount of food. I asked if that was the entire order and the rude young lady was screaming for me to look at my ticket. I know they had a long line but they didn't even care to see if my food was correct. Once I dropped off my daughter's food to her she said the whole order was incorrect. We wasted $20 on the wrong food. The customer service was horrible, I will never go back there!
Hamburger patty was small than usual but it was tasty.
I went here with my sister-in-law after we went to the Georgia Aquarium. It's obviously not the best restaurant in the world, but it's an excellent alternative to more ordinary fast food restaurants. Their chicken sandwiches are pretty nice and the selections for their cook out trays are very good. Not to mention the shake selection is miles ahead of even Steak 'n Shake.
We like cook out for the price and late night convenience, the hush puppies are my husband's fave and the shakes. I will say if you want something quick this isn't the fast food spot to go. We waited 45 minutes on Monday evening in the drive thru for one tray with a burger, hush puppies and a shake which was kinda outrageous in our opinion as we stopped to get something quick.
Cook Out is great, lots of choices, can mix and match sides and main meal items. Food always fresh. But my favorite by far are the milk shakes sooo many choices. I love the Heath Bar shake!!
We ordered a Jr box, woth a cheeseburger, fries and cole slaw, my husband ordered 2 chicken wraps with his. The question I have for management was how do call this patty a real burger. What we got was about 1/2 of an extremely thin patty. When the bun was twice the size of the burger, 1 lg piece of lettuce, and 2 pieces of pickles which covered the bun more than the patty did. Your food is always good, service is always great, we were just disappointed by how much you have decreased the size of the meat. Why should I drive the extra miles for less meat, when I have a McDonald's a block away. I would appreciate a response from management. Thanks
And this place, my friends, is what a pregnant woman's dreams are made of. Wide variety and won't break the bank. Quick and friendly service as well.
