Food was great. However service was very slow. There were two girls working the counter, and the African American girl did all the work waiting on us and taking our money. The Caucasian girl was sitting at the back counter doing simple prep of something. But the line was starting to go out the door and the one girl that did all the work was the only one waiting on everyone. Customer ahead of us ordered like 7 items. By the time we got ours ordered, treats received, and out the door, it was almost 30 minutes.
This location is not so good they don’t put enough toppings in the ice cream
Poor Custer service!! Everyone just standing around talking when my children and I walked in. I guess I would have to be in a predominantly white are to get a "hello" greeting and "how may I help you!" I mean, it I your JOB! I SWEAR I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AND I WILL TELL MY CHURCH MEMBERS, FAMILY, AND COWORKERS TO NOT VISIT EITHER. I mean get your act together guys it's high priced ice-cream, I can get from many other places.
It was fine, it's located in a gas station, and I have EBT so I just brought stuff with my ebt instead of cold stone.A small cup of ice cream is 4.99 and I have 3 kids lol.
A quart of ice cream is $14.00 and it taste average
First time for us. The topping were all very fresh. The ladies working did a good job

Well I guess the young ladies working there don’t understand Customer Service. I walked out after waiting 10 minutes , one young lady was taking a big order( 5 ppl in the family) and the other 2 young ladies were talking and ignoring me .. sad , I usually tip very well .. I drove down the street to Kremo walked right in and got great CS… that will be my new Ice Cream place to go .. and I left a nice tip ..
My experience which was my first at this location, was not Good I wind up with soup very runny.
