These people don't ever want to do their job. They're lazy and unprofessional. 10 out of 10 they will mess your food up. This is the worse most ghetto chipotle in Atlanta area. And I live in morrow so I try to give it a chance because I like chipotle and it's not many healthy options. But this place makes me dread going to chipotle. GO TO PANDA EXPRESS ACROSS THE STREET. SAME AREA MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND PROFESIONALISM. STAY AWAY!!!!
Worse fn chipotle in Atlanta area. These puerile don't want to do their job ever. 10 out of 10 they will need things up. They're lazy and inconsiderate. I live in morrow area and I try because their aren't many healthy options but this chipotle is ghetto af.
The Morrow location use to be my go to Chipotle, but lately when I go to get a bowl, they act as of they don't want to give you your moneys worth. The only way to get a decent amount of chicken or anything else, you have to order a double amont. I stayed away for awhile but went in today and the same thing. I refused to pay for a double order of chicken so I enjoyed a little, grilled my own chicken at home and tried to enjoy the rest. Shouldn't have to do this. I never have these issues at ANY other Chipotle's.
Never been SO disappointed with Chipotle as I am right now! Same dish I get all the time, representative literally provides with with 8 pieces of chicken. Seriously! I asked 'Are you out? Could you please add a little more? She stated ' That would be considered a double portion ?' Since when? Are you serious? I've never been able to count the pieces of chicken. She explains YES! Thats all it comes with.. I almost left my order and possibly should have but I will NOT return to this location. They were out of steak, running out of lettuce, and not concerned about US as customers. CHIPOTLE HAS LOST my business!!!
This is easily the worst location that I’ve ever visited and it has been for years. You cannot expect for customers to continue spending their money and receiving terrible service at the location. I cannot remember a time that I have visited the Morrow location and all items were available to order. Today I arrived at 8:30 pm. When I got to the line, they were out of steak. No one started cooking a new batch until they were completely out. So much for being proactive. They were also out of fajita among other items. Once again, new batch was not started until they were completely out. I finally got to the end of the line and asked for lettuce. I was told that they were out of lettuce. What a shocker. I noticed that the mobile order station still had a decent supply left. I asked the manager if he’d be able to supply me with lettuce from that station considering that the majority of what I asked for was out. I was told, “no, sorry. That’s all we have left and it’s almost 9:00”. What does it almost being 9:00 have to do with providing me with something that I can see you have available and you don’t close until 10:00?? If anything you should be trying to accommodate me for my inconvenience just as a courtesy. If mobile orders are going to interfere with the quality of service and supply in-store, it needs to be shut down until this team can grasp the ability to multitask. This entire team needs to be retrained or management needs to be reassessed. It doesn’t matter what day or time I visit this location, the service is always terrible. I will not continue to spend my money here and leave dissatisfied every time.
We did a carryout. We had the featured pollo asado bowl and the chicken bowl. Both with guacamole, that added $2.60 / item. It was a lot of food but tasty. The staff was very helpful and professional.
This is the worst chipotle ever they need to be shutdown!!! If I could give them zero stars l would. Evertime I order delivery you get the wrong order. I'm lactose intolerant and today I get a burrito with cheese and sour cream. The store never answer the phone and the chat with pepper icon doesn't work. For 30.00 plus delivery you could manage to get an order correct for once.
I tried to take a proper picture to show how nasty the food station is being kept. Guac, cups, sour cream, cheese everywhere. In addition, they are out of onions and peppers, although they share the parking lot with Publix. Staff were congregated by the register laughing and playing with masks hanging half off their lips. My husband always complains about this location, so I went in to see for myself… We left and got food elsewhere.
If you don’t want to work, quit or go home. As someone in management, the staff is poorly trained and horrible. The young lady with the piercings in her face/nose has the worst possible attitude when addressing the people who are making sure she gets paid. Don’t understand how you all are in the plaza next to a grocery store and never have lettuce, never have chips or just genuinely always out of something. They don’t seem to care.
This is one of the best chipotle’s I’ve been to! The servers are fast & friendly, the food is always great, & the portion sizes are right on point! Yeah, the lines can be a little long, but it’s Fresh food, not fast food. I don’t mind waiting 5-10 minutes. It’s worth it.
