They service gets worse and worse each visit

Waitress was nice and attentive to my many requests. Always smiled, refilled drinks without having to ask. My specific request were made to order and came out right. Asked for honey mustard brought it out no problem. A1 service.
Service was great and food was good. Would've given 5 stars, but they left something off the plate even after asking for it.
Came here on Saturday night. When we got to the restaurant there weren't many cars in the parking lot so we figured we would get seated pretty quickly. Once inside, we were told that there would be an hour wait. We had actually only waited about 20 minutes. Our server was great. I hate that I can't remember her name, but she was a tall white woman with a bob haircut. She greeted us as soon as we sat down, checked on us quite a few times throughout our meal, and even apologized on behalf of the rude teenaged customers sitting behind us. The food was good. My steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The mister's burger looked great, and he gobbled it down in no time so it's safe to say that he enjoyed it. My only complaint is that the bathroom was dirty and for some odd reason I had trouble with the paper towel machine. We'd return again. I'll just be sure to use the bathroom before getting there.
Friendly folks and great food for our group of 9 friends. The waitress took all our orders without a pen it paper and got ever perfect! Would go again!
The service was great. We went for a birthday celebration, tried to order the drink specials but they was out of the ingredients. I have been there before and this has happened, but was allowed to substitute. This time we wasn't allowed. Only 1 side of the restaurant was open due to short staffing which is understandable. The food was okay.
I gave 2 stars because customer service was good. Burger was good. But the grilled chicken salad had last night or the night before chicken on it. A complete waste
Ordered last night to go. A friend picked it up. I ordered the chicken bowl. At least 4 ingredients were missing avocado, corn, tortilla strips, and black beans. I was charged full price. I also had the beef nachos which were good. They were packaged well so they were still crisp upon arrival...
Power crew working in the cold told it would be a thirty minute wait, hardly a soul around and had sections open and closed. Whispers and such should not have to be tolerated, makes you think they don't want to serve you.... guessing they to busy for our money. Y'all prob missed the biggest tip of the year.
