How is it, You have 5 Chick-fil-A workers outside and it takes almost 20 minutes to get through A-line? 3 in the back and two on the sides.If there is a person in training, the best way to prohibit traffic from getting backed up is to train on days/ hours that exhibit slow traffic. So annoyed. This hasn't been the first time.For goodness sake, with as many people at the window and taking orders, please make sure it's correct before giving it to the customer. Nothing should be missing....

Love eating chick fil a, this one is probably my favorite one to eat as they are very accommodating even with covid-19. I was able to eat at the dine-in bar, table, or booth in my visits. No requirement to wear a mask is nice too. I ate a yummy sausage and cheese omelette with green beans. Great sweet tea as always! Ate a couple of chocolate chip cookies too ??!Update 4/29/22:I’ll let everyone know that the other full service dine in chick fil a’s do not offer the sausage omelette. Not sure why because the staff member here said “It’s quick and easy, no big deal. Not sure why they wouldn’t offer it.” Told her I’m not sure either but that’s why they earned my review and 5 stars ?! They also are super attentive in asking how I am doing, thank you for that!
I just have to say one of my go to places for fresh great food. The customer service ranks at the top for me , I am not big on the morals and values of some of our teenagers today but I tell you Chick-fil-A have some of the best group I've seen anywhere!! Don't be fooled by the long lines and thinking you will sit there forever. There system gets you end and out and always have a full staff !!
The interior was nice, especially the little train set moving around on the roof but the service could have been better. I ordered on the mobile app for carryout and sat in the restaurant waiting for my food. My name wasn't called when my order was up so my food sat on the pick up desk until I went up to it and read my name on the receipt. I ordered a Cobb salad and in the bag there was no packet of the dried tomatoes and no fork. Had to return from my car to ask for these items. Most of the staff is young and maybe some attention to detail would help them complete orders correctly.
I’ve always been a customer here and honestly I love the food but lately my orders haven’t been the best. I would order something and not even get it or get something different. When I call the store no one answers and I call multiple times and honestly I find that very unprofessional because someone should find the time to answer the phone no matter how busy. I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants and honestly this location is losing its touch.
Always busy! They should update how they take orders because there is no order (if I order first but my side isn’t moving, and the other cars ordered after me, it doesn’t matter they go ahead because no one is stopping). They forget some parts of your order, but overall I like the fact that the food is always hot and the employees there are always friendly! I gave 5 starts because other than ?? the issue above they are amazing!
Totally enjoyed the Grilled Market Salad with their apple cider dressing. The dine in portion is definitely more satisfying!
My experience was wonderful. My server Tarolyn was awesome. Nice clean restaurant. I ordered the chicken and waffles. I really want the Hot Brown not realizing it is a lunch item. The chicken and waffles were delicious with the hot syrup.I am not sure why CFA stop having hazelnut cream. It is my favorite creamer.
