What a fabulous dinner I relished at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Morrow, GA, yesterday evening! If you haven’t been in a while, or if you’ve never been, you need to treat yourself! When my longtime, beloved friend invited me to dinner there, my yes was instantaneous. I’d been many times before; however, these pandemic times have kept me dining at home for practically three years. I missed Carrabba’s.My good people, the food was fresh, savory and beautifully presented. I’ve included several photos for you to better fathom my delight, as a picture is indeed worth a thousand words. The prices were definitely affordable, and the menu choices tempted me to have a serving of everything. I opted for the Lobster Ravioli and a salad. Talk about scrumptious. And oh the bread, the bread!Though I wholeheartedly appreciate great food, great service is a must, and Taz was the epitome of stupendous service. Professional, pleasant and attentive—he made our dining experience top notch, high class and truly memorable! I appreciate our lagniappe of birthday cake at the dinner’s end!Everyone was beautiful and smiling, including two members of the wait staff who brought our meals to the table. I will come again! How could I not? Mine was the dining delight you should expect when you stroll into a restaurant and anticipate an appetizing experience!Did I note the restaurant was clean, organized and bright? I simply love its interior design! Thus, I wish you and yours a savory, Carrabba’s Italian Grill memory soon!
Blah! Carrabba's used to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants. However, over the years the food has just gone downhill. So...they've added trio meals to the menu and I thought that was awesome as I could get some of my favorites in one meal. Food idea. Bad food. Toughest steak I've had in a long time and I would not have expected that. We had the pasta with spinach and something else inside which was not served hot. Honestly, neither was any of our food which included chicken Bryan, chicken marsala and steak marsala. The calamari we had for appetizer was good and the bread was tasty. Not sure if I'll be visiting Carrabba's again anytime soon.
The 10 dollar desert is extremely small for the price. The manager was unwilling to make it right in any way. Uber eats also not only charges a mark up on the items ordered but also a separate fee on top.So.. seriously dissatisfied with Carrabas, and Uber eats can KMA.
Where do I start service was fast that was great however our food took forever I asked for extra sauce TWICE and the sauce was so watery the picture attached is what I got literally looks like I went to Applebees and this place food is not Applebees price therefore I expect better this is the second time I ever been to this chain restaurant and I was disappointed twice I thought maybe I ordered the wrong menu item last time but no their food is super bland sauce is watery back to our server we never seen him after the food was dropped until he brought us to go boxes my pasta came out without the shrimp & scallops I added to my meal I was told they where coming but never came absolutely terrible the entire experience I don’t recommend this chain restaurant at all !

Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive to our table; she was very knowledgeable about the whole menu and gave thorough details about the dishes and their preparations and ingredients. She was simply amazing in all aspects, which made our dining experience very enjoyable.
Great food nice atmosphere
This started with my 48th birthday. I purchased two family size dinners and an entire tiramisu cake. All the food came cold and they completely forgot my cake. The manager did send me a whole $120 in gift cards and never refunded the missing cake. Needless to say the $120 didn’t cover the dinner my party didn’t get to eat. You can reheat cooked chicken and pasta. It will over cook everything. Then this week I used some of the gift cards. I ordered two dinners. One missing all
I love Carrabbas I never have a bad experience at any of the locations. The server was awesome and went above and beyond. The food was delicious as usual and they have no problem customizing dishes if you request it. The presentation is always top tier and even their house wine was delicious. We ordered a bottle and they even corked it for us to take home.
