Had a pretty weird and not so great experience here recently.My order contained stale and non fresh food and when I came back to the restaurant to get my order remade I just got laughed at by the employees as of it was an inside joke that they just reheated the stale food. I was then forced to pull up when there was no one in the line. and it took them an even longer time to make the food the second time. the customer service was very poor.
When we walked in the restaurant a young black male employee with colored dreds in his hair was behind the counter talking to another employee with **his hand down inside his pants.** When I told him I preferred he not serve us and why he asks another employee to serve us. No excuse me ma'am or I am sorry. When I told that employee why she also said nothing, no apology and did not summon the manager or ask the male employee to leave the floor. The female employee he was talking to was working in back with the food. I asked who the manager was and she said Markeita (sp). That employee's dismissive attitude says a lot about this store. I will file a complaint with corporate. That is disgusting! He also had on no hair net. I will not return to this store knowing they tolerate employees with such atrocious hygiene habits.
I love this Bojangles location. The chicken was delicious, the green beans was mouthwatering good, and the biscuit was wonderful. The service was excellent as well. Very friendly staff!
Always hot and delicious. My kids love their breakfast even for dinner. I tried their fried chicken and it was disgusting. It doesn't compare to other restaurant chains with fried chicken but their breakfast is the BEST!!
Was in drive thru line for over 25 minutes then watch a worker get out of car that was in line to later hear this female assuming that I had a attitude by spelling out mild because she couldn't hear me. So yo be told that they refuse service to me was so funny because I spent my money with Martin's for this ugly behavior that I had to encounter.
I've never had a bad pice of Bojangels chicken here! Always hot and fresh! Staff both day and night have aways been super nice and friendly.
Food was good but the cashier at the window; was disrespectful. Meaning; I wanted to order more but she just hurry me off. But other than that. Ok

I have been going here since moving to Averly Apartments on 9-29-21. They have the best chicken sandwich and sweet tea.The chicken is Cooke in a tasteful batter and is delicious.
I have been trying to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, but who am I fooling. I hate to hold up a line to check my order, but if I return I will hold it to check my order.
