The original milk tea is my FAVORITE..The Thai tea is awesome also. The staff is soo friendly. Best Boba that I have EVER found. Outstanding and I keep going back, I can't stop. I take my family there, we all love it...
my children who are 7&9 Love this place. They always get coconut Boba tea and raspberry Boba tea. The customer service is always good. The place is always clean. I have had nothing but good vibes at this place.
I’ve never been disappointed by Boba Theory! Consistently great boba tea, my absolute favorite bubble tea restaurant I’ve been to out of dozens that I’ve visited. Nicely decorated and I imagine it’s a nice place to sit and study or just relax. Their lavender earl grey milk tea is excellent and I heavily recommend it. Service is always quick and the drinks are always up to par.
Absolutely delicious Boba tea! Very polite baristas. Generous on the toppings. However make sure you clearly detail your desires as far as sweetness level and type of flavor. I wasn't clear enough on my desire for more sweetness in my tea and therefore it was quite tart but still delicious.
I like the service but the drink quality can be better I ask for light ice and they clearly try ripping me off by filling the whole cup with ice...like really? I had order a coffee milk boba tea.
The flavor was amazing and the service was just as awesome. Definitely coming back soon. 100/10 definitely recommend ♡´・ᴗ・`♡
Nice spot!Really wish they posted their options for us with dairy allergies...my first time visit so I was unaware to ask for dairy free. They were out of hot brown chocolate so it was decided for me to make me a hot "white chocolate" instead w whole milk & whip cream?(I make dark cocoa all the time; pour in packet, add water!)Wrong decision...let the customer know what you are out of and allow the customer to decide for self.Because cocoa was so hot...only had two small sips, then sent my allergies in a tail spin within minutes! I was ill for 13 days which triggered my Sinusitis. When I called to share my experience the contact listened and then politely told me they offered Almond and Soy...a week too late.?(All) allergies are serious 4 me it's Dairy. Post options or verbally make it known before hand. It would be so helpful to first timers?
I’ve gone twice, both boba teas I had were really good. The first one and my first boba tea ever, pictured here, is the tapioca one and the second I got was coconut. I really like the drinks, but I feel like they may use too much ice since my drinks were both watered down a little quick. Will absolutely go back because I’ve driven past it many times, and was glad to finally try it.The employees are pretty dry and not too helpful, so don’t expect to be helped too much with choosing flavors and other drinks they have. Go in and just choose what you think will he good. That’s what I did, and I was pleasantly surprised.
Love this place! The staff is always really nice and my order is always right. I love their drinks and they’re right up the road which is convenient when I want a quick boba fix.I also have to say…if you have “serious allergies” it may be worth mentioning that to the people making your beverages. Not their fault that you don’t disclose that information. In my experience, they have always asked me if I wanted whole milk, but regardless, if I have an allergy, I’m going to be asking questions/making requests specific to my restrictions before even ordering an item meant for consumption. If you’re seriously allergic to dairy…why are you going to consume a drink with WHIPPED CREAM on top? (Just sounds like somebody trying to get free stuff.)
