Every time I come here (Lake City on Jonesboro Road) they are always out of something. My family and I tried here again after our son's game. Guess what!? They are out of vanilla ice cream, butter pecan, and so many more. Never heard of an I cream place out of ice cream ?. This is bad management. Busters here we come...Again!
Website says Lake City location Dine-In available. That's a lie. Has not been available for more than a month. Unable to go in to select what you want. Went through the Drive-Thru and decided on hand packed quarts of ice cream. When I got home, I discovered that the "quarts" were not quarts at all. Only a little more than half full. I was charged $9 for each one. The pre-packed quarts taste like old, freezer burned ice so I never buy them. However, the pre-packed quarts are actually filled to the brim so you actually get a quart. If I want a hand packed quart, I expect them to be filled to the brim as well. This location is a hot mess.

Americano Coffee was great. Was not able to go inside to see donuts or ice cream for this second visit in 3 days.
Placed an order thru Uber Eats at 930 pm. The driver showed up at 950 pm and was informed they didn't fulfill the order. Luckily, Uber Eats didn't charge me. I will never spend a penny in this store.
