Sometimes there’s a hair in your food and that’s okay, it happens… Only once has there ever been a hairball that looked like someone shaved their head, glued it all together into a ball, and stuck it BETWEEN the bread and the chicken in my nibblerz meal. That happened at this Zaxby’s. Needless to say, I will be telling people to avoid this one. That’s no accident, that’s straight up carelessness.When I returned it they said the best they could do was give me a small drink for my troubles as there was no proof I didn’t put that in there myself to “get a free meal”
If I could I would give them zero star instead of 1*. We made an order at 9:06 and waiting over 40 mins to see everyone else get there order but us. Then I came up and asked they said they never received my ordered even I already paid for my meal. And if we wanna get our food we have to wait 15 mins for that. Def not coming back to this experience.
Don't expect your order to be ready at the time the online says it will be also expect other dine-in orders to take precedence over yours while it sits in the window, even though when it is finally ready they don't actually bag it and put it in the online order pick up area, they just let it sit in the window until you eventually ask for it. I mean why even have an online pickup shelf labeled so if you're not going to use it. Also why I give you a time and then let it take 10 minutes after that before it's even ready and then of course even longer than that because they don't even pay it any attention while it sits in the window.
I didn't have a great experience at this location. Within minutes, I received a reply to my review, asking me to elaborate on the Zaxbys website. Within two hours, I was contacted by Ms. Mary by email. She went above and beyond to make this right. I changed my three stars to five, because that in itself made all of the difference in the world. I appreciate it more than she will ever know!
It looks to be somewhat of a hit or miss with this Zaxbys, but I was absolutely thrilled. It was not busy when I went Sunday night, and I ordered large fries — usually this only means 2 or 3 more than regular fries @ other Zaxbys. However, I definitely got LARGE fries, and everything tasted brilliant. Absolutely thrilled.
Zaxby’s in Milledgeville Ga. has it’s good days as far as service is concerned. But their bad days are horrible. Long wait time in the restaurant and the drive thru. Having to pull to the side to wait for your order to come out only to have the worker get your order mixed up with someone else’s. If service is what restaurants base success on, this Zaxbys can definitely use some work! I’m just saying.
Ordered food and got something that was not what I ordered. It seems as if they do not care, to them food is food. I have no problem paying for what I want but am not very impressed with paying for something that is not what I ordered. Will not eat there again
Well we went large on 2 nibbler meals. We got 10 fries each. We got the Buffalo garlic boneless wings, 10 count. They were not sauced all the way. 1 boneless wing was just breading and they were dry. The two kids meals boxes were covered in some kind of sauce and one kids meal was a nibbler and the other was a finger. Very disappointed and disgusted.
Place is just horrible. Staff are very rude, and so lazy !!
Twice got ordered all wrong. They just aren't trained in customer skill's.The personal did the best they could.However notice really big disregard for customer experience. It's widespread in retail.
