Food is delicious and as a wheelchair person they are very helpful in some ways but I have to say this about a lot of fast food restaurants but definitely Wendy's here Milledgeville if you're at the door and you're in a wheelchair they needs to be a way for you to get in if you have trouble with your hands maybe a call Button? But there's definitely some more things I have to say about this place sometimes the food you order there's not as warm as it should be but it's gotten better a few times here and there
went there for a late dinner for the family. Wendy's in Milledgeville was very dirty all around. fries were cold for one and hot for another. I know Wendy's standards and this store is no where near their standard. I did go through the GM training unfortunately I had health problems and could not start the position which would have been at this location. this store is bringing the name of Wendy's down. again dirty and bad food.
Wendy’s made me sit at the first window in the drive thru to keep their times down and nobody every came to the first window
Drive thru is fine but take out is awful. They don't know how to follow instructions..
Slow, slow, and SLOW!!!! We went to get my grandma a meal and we sat in line for over an HOUR. Wendy’s has always been slow but the day we went was RIDICULOUS! NEVER AGAIN! If you are a Wendy’s fan, find you another location because this one is THE WORST! The sad part about it, they had plenty of staff but you couldn’t tell. When she finally got her food, the only thing that was hot was the burger.
While working in the Milledgeville, the lunch food has been awful. The fries & chicken nuggets are cold and not hot or warm like they advertise.
I ordered 2 frostys and was paying at the first pay window, and the person who was operating the window was a man wearing a females bra and as I had my hand out waiting for change the person decided that it was OK to put their hand in mine, I love Wendy's but not when I get disrespected as such, I am a civil rights activist
Don’t expect them to get your order correct no matter what. Don’t expect them to have good customer service as well. Recommend to stay far away from this place as possible.
I got charged for two free drinks. I bought two breakfast baconators and 2 drinks. Plus they didn't have any potato wedges ready. They said that it would be a 10 minute wait .
This place is great when it's not rush hour but you have to be careful when there's a long line I have a tendency to mess up things simple things like the drink
