What I thought was going to be my favorite meal….. 2 egg breakfast with hash browns, scattered and smothered…. My absolute favorite. Well it came out all wrong, then I have the waitress correct it. Then it comes out wrong again…. But I kinda just deal with it at this point….. but to top it all off. This location the (manager) told the employee. We ain’t doing that here…. (Rude to just say it infront of the customer like that) I was inquiring about the military discount. Since they have always done it at every location…: they are just unprofessional. Way to end a birthday night…: ??♀️
The staff is so rude. I called to place a to go order. The girl that answered said they weren’t taking phone orders so I said I would just come in. She said okay. I arrived. I sat down and was finally greeted by one of the staff as she is slurping her drink with a hellooo. Then I was told they weren’t doing to go orders. As they had three lined up being prepared. TO GO. I will never be back. I wouldn’t have even given a 1 star.
