Good service and the cook was good. But BIG BUT they don't have much on the menu anymore. Front side, breakfast food side of menu, at the top, all the way across is now bowls. All the food put in one bowl together. Same when you flip it over. Half the menu where you expect to find steaks and burgers chicken strips, well if you want it in a bowl your good to go. No steak though, not for us. Service was ok and food was ok the menu on the other hand.........
I've been here a number of times. However, not as early as today. Was here shortly after 6 am. The night crew must have still been on duty. My eggs were greasy, toast burned and sausage was overdone. Not what I'm used to from this facility.I was however, treated to the prominent display of a toned posterior. When did it become okay to display one's underwear in public?
First off they brought drinks to the table that you could clearly see the syrup needed to be changed. Then when the food got to the table it wasn't right. I confronted the waitress about it. She replied back that I didn't say cheese on my eggs. I order the same thing every time. The cook was slamming pans and though she was going to just throw a piece of cheese on the eggs and it be fine. Wrong. Now you can throw the whole plate away.
There is no other place to get a waffle than waffle house. ? They were quick and efficient when taking and preparing my order and the waffle was delicious.
Is there something wrong with all Waffle Houses in Milledgeville? One was completed closed with a full staff inside and seemingly nothing wrong. This one was only half open. We asked why only one side was open and they pointed to a guy and said he was the only one there... There were 6 of them. Make it make sense.
Was not a good experience. Waitress wasn't very assertive, didn't pay attention to what my order was. I had a to go order and didn't want it till I was ready to go. She brought it to me when she brought me my food. So my to go order was gonna be cold even before I left. Not happy. It was like she couldn't understand plain English.
Hash browns was hard....I ask for slightly with onions..not one bacon was done...cheese eggs was ok.. waffle was very small..but ok...
There was only one employee in the Waffle House. The other employee was outside in the car sleeping. No server. Cook didn't know how to make an omelette. Sadly this place been like this for at least a year. I thought I would try it again, after not visiting for about 6 months. Unfortunately the restaurant service has continued to deteriorate.
I was a regular here 3 years ago. I recommend the All Star Breakfast. Their coffee is delicious. I actually ordered their steaks on many occasions. It wasn't my Uncle's grilled in a Green Egg, but it was good for the price your pay for. I liked most of my waitresses. Very friendly and talkative. Their food never disappointed me. Make sure you leave a nice tip. They work very hard.
We went in to find two employees and 4 guests. We were told we would not be served and they locked the door on us as soon as we walked out. I've never been so insulted. We went on to the Waffle House next to the lake to be served with a smile.
