Ordered online picked in drive thru.Fresh hot food great customer service
They can't keep employees. Over half the menu can't be ordered. Last week they had no cheese of anything. And the food is generally bad of what they do have. They blame the pandemic, but the rest of millidgeville recovered already. They simply don't know how to hire good employees that know how to prep food for the day...... It needs to be shut down. They give all the other taco Bell a horrible rap.
The one star is for the sweet lady that was running the register, went in for a chalupa box, she had to call the manager over cause she couldn't find the button for that box, manager comes over there and says I don't see it either and walks away! No sorry, or maybe let me get that in for you at the price since it is still on the menu! So I let the sweet lady know that if the manager doesn't care that a customer is waiting I don't care to order anything. You would think the manager would have at least apologized or something. NOT professional at all!!
A little slow getting my order in, waited about 10 minutes until I was greeted, but food was good. Taco Bell as usual ?
Always out of main stuff. Today it's no burritos. How can you be taco bell and not serve any type of burritosToday the drive thru is closed. They want you to come inside to order. I'm tires of this place
They were ok. They didn't have any sour cream and this restaurant uses sour cream on just out everything. So I wasn't real happy when they told me they were out. And I couldn't get sour cream anywhere else bc it was past 10pm and all the grocery stores were closed. But otherwise, it was ok.
This location has the worst service you shouldn't have to wait 20 mins in the drive thru. They are rude, and very slow.
It was average, food was not hot and rice was a little good, tacky consistency.....
Food was not good. Order wasn't right.. we're gonna miss that place. Used to be my favorite.
First we pulled up and placed the order. We started the order and then we were on hold for like 2 or 3 minutes and they came back on the loudspeaker. I hope the mic was just messed up. Anyway we had ordered 3 combos. Pulled up to the window to get the meals. No drinks. We waited and asked for the drinks and she was like you didn't order any. We said we ordered 3 combos. She said it was her fault and gave us 3 frinks. I did look at the receipt and we were rang up for 1 combo and instead of making the other 2 orders into a combo it was separated out. So we think maybe new person. We all have to learn right. Well we did not check the order before we left. Got home and our soft tacos were missing. So my husband called and was told he could come back and get them to bring his receipt. Ok cool. So my husband went back into town to get the order. He told me that he could see why they messed the order up. They were laughing and cutting up and playing around. You know I know work should be fun, but there is a time for work and a time for play. Well when my husband got home with the tacos they were cold. Had to have been the ones made when we first ordered. This is not the first bad experience but I just decided to share this time.
