I love surcheros. Much better than anywhere else in Milledgeville for a quick burrito. Friendly staff and a good selection of beverages. I come here about once a week.
The burrito I ordered was grilled and still somehow was cold on the inside. It was both impressive and disgusting to watch the absolute lack of food safety awareness displayed by employees as well. I will never eat here again.
Surcheros is awesome! Not only do we love to eat here on a regular basis, I recently used them for catering and everyone RAVED about their food. The food was fresh, tasty, and filling. Mrs. Connie provided EXCELLENT service delivering our order for 25 on time, and set it up so nice. I highly suggest using Surcheros for an event, as it takes the stress away from having to cook, set up, etc. Overall excellent service and fantastic food!

My husband and I loved this place when they first opened their store in Milledgeville, GA. We decided we wanted something filling and quick to eat so we decided to dine here. This young lady by the name Alexis I think is clueless. She has not idea how to wrap a burritos and I had to tell her that's not it and she had to have someone else wrap it and this was the second time I had her on my last two visits....so I just smiled as some one else wrapped it correctly. She just slapped the ingredients on my burrito and my nachos.. So I proceeded to check out. I handed her my money and she turned around with the same gloves she had handled my money with and went and put her nasty hands on my burrito. She actually got a little flustered when I told her that I don't want that especially with covid so I told her to give my money back. I will not be going back to this place. It has gone way way down hill since they first opened. Very disappointed to say the least.
No meat alternatives and everything is in non-recyclable styrofoam. It’s like folks don’t even know the planet is dying.
Used to really love this place but it’s been really lacking recently. Food quality has gone down hill and customer service is abysmal. Got a quesadilla and it was half empty. And now they charge 30¢ for a small cup of water. It’s pretty sad when your restaurant isn’t as good as the millegeville barbs.
