Ordered 3 sandwiches on the app yesterday for pickup and it was set to be ready at 6:10. My husband finally went in at 6:45 and they WERE NOT ready. He had to call out the girl for putting the wrong vegetables on the wrong sandwich and when he finally got in the car one was completely missing one of the meats. Literally no excuse.
The subway employee was very friendly But I can't give this subway 5 stars because she did not wear her mask properly over her nose and mouth. Too important to let slide.
Walked in and employee was chatting up a friend, and neither were wearing masks. When we said something about it, the employee was very rude, so we left, without eating. After someone is that rude, you definitely don't want them preparing your food. He was more interested in talking to his friend than working
