Absolutely terrible! The service was horrible and they were not very friendly and the prices are just outrageous! ? The cake pops wernt too bad and the brownie was ok but do not get the lime coconut bar, it is prepackaged in plastic and just absolutely disgusting. ? I honestly don't even know how they have any business. I am very disappointed and this is not the first time this has happened to me at this Starbucks location. Starbucks you need to do better. ?
I would give it zero starts if I could. They messed up every drink we had. When I walked to the front of the line to get them fixed, I was screamed at BY THE EMPLOYEE and told I had to wait in the back of the line. I tried to explain that we had already waited and just wanted our drinks fixed. Make sure to take extra time to make sure simple orders are done correctly or you will suffer here.
Stopped here for a much needed coffee for my long drive back home after the UGA spring game. My son and I had to use the bathroom so we used the restroom before ordering. This is one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been in! There was what looked to be blood and bloody boogers smeared on the wall by the toilet. The floor, toilet and sink was disgusting and to top it off the TWO soap dispensers at the disgusting sink were totally empty! I got my coffee elsewhere because I was afraid to consume anything from this disgusting store.
So slow !! Waited 20 minutes in line with only 4 cars in front of me. Had to Ask 3 times for a latte because they couldbt remenber what i ordered , they make the wrong drink , then come back and say hot or cold ?! Work at Starbucks and don't know if a latte is hot or cold ? pretty pathetic
They need to take off delivery and order ahead options! I have used delivery apps that I never had a problem with other than when I try to order from Starbucks! And anytime I have ordered ahead and go to pick it up they are never ready and I have to wait a long time there is no point is offering a service like this when you can’t properly execute it. It has just been an inconvenience I tried a few different times so it’s a very constant problem.

The dirtiest Starbucks I’ve been in. There we’re flies everywhere and they were out of stock on almost all food. I was standing at the register waiting with no one else in there and none of the staff even acknowledged me.
This was my first time going to Starbucks, I chose to use there mobile app to order and to pick up inside. There were alot of people waiting on orders. My order on the app stated it would be ready at 12:20, however that was not the case. I understand it was busy and they could have gotten behind but it seems like they need a better system. It seems that once you place your order they will print it out then start making the orders, there were people who had been in there before me still waiting and other people who had just walked in were receiving their orders. It looked very chaotic.
Service is good when they don't forget about your online orders
The drinks are always refreshing and the small meals are delicious
