We went to Sonic in Milledgeville, GA last night. It was late. We got there at 11:45 and they close at 12. We went to the drive thru so they wouldn’t have to come to the car and all. At the speaker, they said, “welcome to sonic, what can I get for you?” We said what we wanted and they didn’t say anything back. We sat there for about 5 minutes before pulling up to the window. THEY WATCHED US PULL TO THE WINDOW! Every one of them walked away from the window. We just sat there because it was before closing. It was 11:50 when we pulled to the window. At 11:58 the lady finally comes to the window and says, “we’re closed.” And we said, “I’m sure you are. A simple ‘we have already shut everything down for the night’ would have worked but you decided to ignore us.”THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE! Do better, Milledgeville!

Always seem to be outta onion rings since 2-3 years ago just say you aren't making them anymore. Also my husband ordered 2 of the patty melt meals but was charged individually for everything used to love Sonic not anymore
So good and they went out of their way to help me recreate a menu item that has been discontinued.
Every time I go there my coffee is cold. Lady running register didn't know how to make change. Two other women working didn't pay one bit of attention to the lady on the register and you would think with 3 people working someone would pay attention to the coffee
I have been disappointed with the food as of lately. Seems over cooked or not fresh. For the price I'm disappointed! Service was not the issue at all.
The dessert products are always good but the chicken is gross and tough. I don't really care for any of their real food but the chicken stood out as especially bad.
The was very perfessional food was nice and hot and very tasty. Thumbs up to the cook and young lady at the window.
Been a while, loved the pretzel stick. Mozzarella sticks left something to be desired.
