We enjoy dining at Ruby Tuesday. The atmosphere is good and the food is always very good. the waiters are are great.
Thanks Ruby Tuesday for ruining my Mother’s Day meal. Nothing like placing an order on line…waiting the appropriate amount of time to pick it up then getting there and being told “oh sorry we have been out of ribs for an hour”. Is there no common curtesy of calling the customer and letting them now this???? So now while the rest of my family enjoys there food I have to figure out what I will do go my own dinner. What happened to customer service???
Good food altogether though I ordered chicken Parmesan and all I got was the chicken, no noodle, no sauce, just the chicken. I figured the noodles would be under the mash potatoes since my plate was a mess.
My wife and i have ate here a couple of time ,food is very good and very friendly staff. We have enjoyed each time
Worst experience I've had in forever. Went there for a Birthday dinner. They set us (11) at 3 different tables, we waited forever and then they forgot to take 1 tables order. The food came out in parts and needless to say the 3rd table got their food when every one else was done. We couldn't have conversations with each other because of the way we were seated. I promise it will be many moons before I go there again if ever!
Bad service, bad food. We were with a party of 8 and they didn't take our order until about 10 minutes after everyone else in our party. Then for our entire party food came out 2 plates at a time, 5-10 minutes apart. Chicken tenders reminded me of frozen tenders from Walmart.
Had the top sirloin. Was a mistake. Two others had the ribeye. I think they were ok. Very limited liquor available. Want go back personally.
My son and i ate here a few weeks ago.It was really good.I had the new orleans fish with mushrooms and veggies and my son had a cheeseburger and fries.Both were excellant.I wouldnt change a thing.
We had a long day exploring the area, it was raining and cold. They welcomed us with a good meal, started with appetizers. The Shrimp Fondue was delectable! The Spicy Shrimp and Moz sticks didn’t disappoint either. Our server was attentive to our needs and brought our orders in quickly. Only giving 4 stars because the Shrimp Scampi didn’t meet our teenager’s expectations. Not Italian enough ?We also had other seafood entrees that didn’t get photos since we were famished. All in all, the experience was better than most restaurants in the area, thank you! We will def be back.
