Look, I know it's hard to balance take out, drive thru, and in person orders. It's hard to strike the right balance. Let me tell you what absolutely doesn't work. Allowing the in house person to stand, unacknowledged, for over 7 minutes and then when order is finally taken acting as if he just walked in the door.
It is fine if you are slow that’s your issues, but when I have to drive over the curb and through your grass because you have me locked in the drive thur it becomes my issue. Will not be back and you may want to fix your grass.
Half of the order was inedible! Over all it was terrible. Will never eat here again and the staff was extremely rude. Worst ever! Bre needs a new line if work she was hateful and very rude.
Been a loyal customer for a few years, went to our local Panda and ordered a bowl. Well they’ve started doing the sauce in packages and it’s not enough so I asked for 8 terryaki sauce and said I would be happy to pay, the young lady said I can give you a couple and you can buy sauce. Goodbye Panda Express
Noodles cold and super green vegetables completely raw and not cooked at all. Was very blah..other locations of this chain restaurant is a lot better than this location
The quality in the food has suffered over the years. This was one of my favorite places now I try to avoid coming here.
Unfortunately, this place has been sliding downhill for a bit which is a shame.Panda Employee Bre was either having the worst day of her life, or she has no idea about customer service and needs remedial training. Confrontational and antagonizing behavior to patrons is NOT the way to ever be and the company will definitely lose a lot of business if they allow this to continue.#DoBetterPanda
Was not impressed. The noodles were dry and cold. The orange chicken had no chicken it was just hard dough.
The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious.
Yummy yummy and love the drink selections too
