I went to this McDonald’s this morning and I ordered a smoothie. They tried to give it to me with about 3/4 of the cup empty. Then when I asked them to fix it the lady at the window caught and attitude. I get it is early on a Saturday morning but if you signed up to work a customerService job then you should treat your customers with respect. Very disappointed
Thanks for the service… genuinely when I order a drink I like a straw… also like when someone doesn’t though my food though the window and walk away and ignore me when I try to ask for my straw…. But that’s okay what else can I expect from a restaurant that rather have you pull out of line to keep their time looking good then to just do their job.
worst McDonald experience ever. I ordered and paid on app pulled up at curbside waited fifteen minutes tho go in and find they gave my food to a dine in. Had to give my phone with order on it to the cook to wait 15 more minutes for cold fries. Was given the milkshake that sat on the counter the thirty minutes. will not return to this location for sure
I ordered exactly what I needed, the lady taking my order repeated exactly what I said, boy took my money , no thanks YOURE welcome …anything. Little girl at the window was rude, gave me 2/3 happy meals then proceeded to tell me I only paid for 2 REFUSING to let me pay for another. Mind you I have THREE kids in the car! You want how much money and can’t even get my order right, let alone FIX IT and wanna be rude like it’s my error ?. GTFOH
This McDonalds in Milledgeville, GA on Columbia Street charged me for an order I never got and will not answer the phone to resolve it. I was passing through Milledgeville tonight and placed a mobile order on my phone for a McFlurry with a side of caramel to pick up as I was about to drive in to the Drive Thru. I got to the speaker told them my mobile order number/name and then they advice me their ice cream machine is down. (Big Surprise Right). Anyways the lady said not to worry that I will not be charged and apologized. Well a few minutes later I get a receipt for $.27 cent for the side of caramel I ordered with the McFlurry I never got. I tried to call the restaurant several times and let it ring until Verizon disconnected the call which further made me ill, then I wrote McDonalds corporate who probably will not respond as I imagine they get thousands of complaints a day, but it is just the principal of it all and nothing working as it should. I may call my Credit card company to dispute the charge, but don't feel like having them issue me a new card incase they say they have to. So be forewarned if you use the mobile app and they don't have what you ordered that you may be charged for something you didn't get. It could have been worse and thankfully they at least didn't charge me for the McFlurry. I even uploaded my receipt to show you this is for REAL!
McDonalds in general has gone down hill more and more every year. I can remember it's been bout 2 to 2 1/2 years ago. No wait that was burger king. Lol the food just wasn't good. I couldn't chew it at all and thats been twice in both places. Sorry just not happy with the food or service.
Website says it's open at 5am. Door says it's open at 5am. All lights are on, the signs are on, and there are 4 cars in the parking lot at 5:50am and they are not open.
Jessica was especially personable. The entire visit was pleasant and friendly.The iced coffee was delicious. The happy meal was tasty!
This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. Something is always broke. They turn the lights off early so they don’t have to work. 20 mins before closing they claim to only have a few things. Laziest people ever working in this crew.
My days of eating at McDonald's most likely are coming to an end. I'm sick of having to wait in line for poor quality food. This is getting ridiculous.After waiting a crazy amount of time in line (only one car ahead of us) we finally ordered, but were told they were out of Coke. Out of Coke! How is that even possible? I've never heard of a fast food place being out of Coke.When we got up to the delivery widow I had to repeat to the lady what we had ordered. Our food arrived and we found a place to pull over and eat, because McDonald's hasn't seen fit to open their dining areas.The cold French Fries had no salt on them. There were no napkins in the bag or salt packages.The hamburgers were lukewarm. This is like the third or fourth time I've visited a McDonald's with similar results.
