I used the mobile app to place my order. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told they were closed, it was 9:46 PM, according to the hours they have on their drive thru window they don't close until 11:00. The woman at the first window walked away after she helped the car in front of mine so I had to pull down to the next window and everyone was just standing there like they didn't know what to do. If the store isn't going to stay open until their clearly posted hours then they need to change them.
Girl with the red, faded, lobsided, afro was terrible and rude. Ordered my food and replied back mumbling "I didn't tell you to order yet" after she greeted me in the drive through. Then I pulled up to the window and she didn't remember what I ordered. What's the point of working at a job when you're just miserable, sad, and having an attitude 24/7. No one's gonna wanna hire you because of that attitude honey. Just go home. No one's forcing you to work. Grow up.
Multiple times this store has closed well before their stated closing time sometimes even hours earlier and are very rude just poor work ethic in general so bad that they don’t even deserve a job sweeping floors but will more than likely complain about being broke none the less. -10/5 highly don’t recommend I’ll drive 20 more mins to go to the one on the other side of town from now on
Was given an attitude for asking for all of my food and they still didn't give me the right thing. Shawty it's literally on the screen ? crew is really ratchet and makes people feel uncomfortable on purpose.
Always nasty fries of course never a shake to be found food is just bad will not be going back neither of the McDonald’s here are any good.
We went to McDonald's at 10:30 and we ordered 2 spirtes, 1 diet coke, 1 Dr pepper, 2 cheeseburger meal, and 3 Chicken sandwiches. When we got our food, we payed for all that food it's was $17.92. We went out the drive thru and checked out food and when we got there tell me why they left out the 1 cheeseburger meal and a medium fry. We went to ask them to please give it back because we payed for it, and they turned off the lights inside and locked the door so we went to the drive thru and the lady at the pay window spoke on her little microphone and the next thing we know when we drive to next window, they locked the window door and didn't give us back our money or food. Imagine being so broke you gotta steal three dollars.
This is what they gave me in my 6 piece nuggets… never going back again. Butter luck next time McDonald’s
If your a diabetic it very much important that you get the right drink some order diet drink make sure you mark the right one you could cause someone go in too coma our die for your mistake mon jan 24 around 8 pm we order some food and me just a drink i drinked it my suger went from 174 too 300 in 15 min because it was not diet make sure you mark all diet drinks
Me and my bf do doordash and it's absolutely ridiculous how terrible this place is... The employees blatantly do not care about customer service, they make no attempt to even act like they care about helping the customers. The most recent experience we had was tonight while doordashing.. When we pulled in the place looked closed but it always does at night and since it was only 9pm I knew they should be open (although they have been closed on other occasions during "normal " hours) so we go to the drive through speaker and sit there, nobody comes on so after a min or two we drove around to the window, the employees are just standing around laughing and talking to each other. we were the ONLY customers at that time, but not only were we ignored at the speaker we were also told to pull to the front of the building to wait while they made the order that was placed online ahead of time through doordash and should have been ready when we got there! There's no excuse for this. This was just our experience tonight, we are at this McDonald's several times a week, and have yet to have a good experience.Oh and another thing.... THE FRAPPE/ICECREAME MACHINE IS ALWAYS BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!
While this location can get a little busy, generally their staff is friendly and fast the food is good.
