I enjoyed my LONGHORN STEAK especially why I was enjoying it on my uncle & auntie birthday dinner his birthday is April 07, & her birthday ? is April 11 I really love ❤️ spending time with them especially @ LONGHORN steak house
We were out of town working. We eat at Longhorns all over the east coast.First time ordering online at any longhorn. Took about 5 minutes to order. The pickup time got bumped twice in that 5 minutes. So my pickup time ended up being 8:30. (It was currently 7:23)I arrived at 8;15. Checked in when I got the text. Didn't get our food till 8:57. The food wasn't even warm when I got it. No utensils like I asked for. Loaded baked potatoes came with enough toppings for about 1 fork worth of potatoes. Broccoli was undercooked. If we work here again, we definitely will not be eating here.
Picked up curbside today, 3-20-22, around noon. Waitress that brought it out, met me with a smile and was friendly (didn't get her name but she had piercings and blonde hair). Order was accurate and everything was labeled, food was hot, and drinks cold. First time here and I'm highly satisfied!
Waiter was slow to respond to needs... we never received or were offered refills. Kitchen staff brought out meals, but waiter never followed up to see if meal was OK. The steak was rare and we were offered no condiments. Because the waiter never visited the table, the steak was left uneaten. There wasn't enough time left to get the steak redone before the others at table were finished. We also waited about 20 minutes to get our bill and another 15 or so minutes to get our card back after paying. Waiter was pleasant when we saw him, but just didn't follow through.
Enjoyed the barbecued ribs I ordered for the first time. Would definitely get them again. My wife enjoyed her smoked salmon. It's one of her favorites. Service was great as usual.
Ok I ordered the steak salad and the husband ordered the NY strip med well. My salad was awesome.... cooked perrrrefectly. My husbands was well done which left him chewing. LOL... but we had a great experience shout out to the wait staff and the bartender on the day shift. We will be back.
Food and service (Gabby) was great. Manager checked on us as we were finishing , even cleared some of the table himself.
Services was fast and efficient! The streak was delicious and cooked as requested! We had a problem and told our waiter. He immediately reported it to the manager, who promptly came to our table to take care of the issue! He apologized and handled the situation.
Sadly, had a rough night at LongHorn Steakhouse. Our waiter really tried, but he got our order wrong, had to wait until my meal was finished for a lobster tail to finally be delivered to the table. The hamburger my granddaughter ordered was burnt beyond consumption, even after scraping off the charred edges. Really bad choice for a birthday meal stop. The manager stopped by due to the waiter's heads up, but offered nothing but a free dessert. A proper response would have been to deduct the burned meal (sitting uneaten in plain site) and the cost of the delayed lobster tail. We opted to decline the dessert and pay the full bill. Very sad. The drink was good.Follow up: The owner reached out to me to apologize and the customer relations did as well. We have a gift card to return and give them another chance and we plan to do that.
