The food is usually as expected and decent, but the service is where the Milledgeville store falls short. I know times are hard and employees are overworked, but they lock the doors during peak hours and it’s a mess for some of us who order online to have to sit and wait in line through loads of new orders being placed, when my food is just sitting there and I can’t go grab it from the portal and be on my way.
Went at 3pm on a Wednesday and employees locked the door and hid in back. Would not come to drive thru window. Just went back tonight ( friday) at 8pm and while in drive thru line employee stuck hand written sign on window reading closed back in 20. I made a comment about yall just do whatever yall want. Employee got incredibly rude with me.
ordered a pizza at 9pm online,paid online, drove 20 mins to pick up pizza only to be told they were closed. website said open til 10. never received a refund of my money either, 2 weeks has passed and still no refund.
This location is HORRIBLE. I have gone two times in the past week and the first time the employees were inside and hid and acted like they didnt see me in the drive thru so I decided to go inside… the door was locked. today took the icing on the cake. I pulled up to the drive thru and the employee put a hand written note on the window stating “be back in 20 minutes” while she got picked up and sat in the parking lot with a group of friends and left the restaurant unattended. I have never experienced such lack of customer service and disrespect
The owner has fixed my problems, but sadly they have happened to many times. Maybe a new manger will fix things soon.
worst location there is. rude employees that close restaurant whenever they please to go sit in parking lot and smoke weed.
I’m done with this place. Ordered a pizza for my kids thru their app (which told me it would be ready at 5:25PM). Walk-in to get the pizza and an employee tells me they are closed. I ask, “How do I get a refund?” Was told to come back tomorrow. What a joke.
I have been ordering online and doing Drive-thru pickup. A huge timesaver and perfect for a late night meal, especially when you want to just go back home and chill without human interaction, LOL! Plus, who can say no to a $7 meal that gives plenty of leftovers?
The dough was raw in certain places. So disgusting. I threw up alot after accidentally biting into a raw part of the pizza. Luckily my kid didn't eat it.
So good, they are busy but they are still nice and get every pizza done on time, I love it!
