This Krystal got me so sick ..I wanted Krystal so bad when we went to Macon to visit my brother from Augusta We were coming back and drove out of our way to get Krystal..Its all I had eaten that day but an hour after eating them I started feeling real bad and as soon as we got home I started with the restroom and throwing up..I told my husband they tasted kinda funny but let it go ..He started later that evening feeling sick too I love Krystal but I WOULD NOT recommend this KRYSTAL at all.In fact it has turned me away from this franchise.. Ok gate it because i always loved them but when you fet this sick from something you tend to be done !!!
This couldn't have been worse. Crusty buns, old tasting burger thing, chili cheese fries ended up being the new shrimp dish. Went back to get it corrected and the good was actually worse the second time! How does that happen? Ugh
What's sad is my daughter and niece went to Krystal last Sat on way home from macon all they have now are seasoned fries ,which everyone we know hates. They got Krystals then had go McDonald's to get fries.!! How many other people hate them? I'm Krystal lover since use to get at .10 cent ea. Back with drive on and cruising. At least give us a choice!!! Thank you.
Thanks to the wonderful lady working tonight she was the only one working the whole restaurant and and did a great job and was so friendly to us even though we had a big order ❤️
They need to stop making the buns soggy. But the staff were really nice.
Food is always hot and fresh very good
Terrible and rude costumer service. Order 24 bacon and cheese Krystals, none of them hot . We were the only car there. Told the cashier, she said ok and bye and walked back into the store. NEVER going back!
Drive thru only but I always get great food from them!
Lady at window was not happy with my large order and made it clear. Also there was something on the menu she said they don't do that here.
In spite of all the reviews I’ve heard about the new Krystal french fries I think they are great - the old limp ones had to compete with McDonald’s and you just can’t beat McDonald’s little french fries, and now that I’m back in Georgia, Krystals is one of my favorite places to eat and I’m going to thoroughly enjoy fries with my cheese Krystal!
