I have never had a bad experience at Jimmy John's until this visit. Victor was our order taker and he did not seem like he wanted to be there, he was leaning on the cash register while he was taking our order. He put in 2 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered wrong. The first sub I did not want lettuce on, he rang it up as an unwich. The sub that was supposed to be the unwich he rand it up as a regular sub and left tomatoes on there when we asked for no tomatoes. We had to keep repeating the order and he still got it wrong. I was disappointed with the service tonight.

Let me preface my review with I understand mine is different than what seems to be the prevailing view of this location. My guess is something was going on at the time to skew our experience. I can only speak of what we experienced during what was our 1st ever visit to Jimmy John's, anywhere. We were in a huge hurry (graduation) and stopped in, because nobody else was there. We needed it to be quick, and it was. However, confusion reigned from the moment we stepped up to the counter. The menu seemed fairly straightforward, and the setup appeared to be similar to Subway.I ordered a BLT for my Dad, and asked for something with ham, turkey, and roast beef for myself. Was told ham would be added to a menu sandwich, which "comes with mayo, lettuce, and tomato, and I said ok.As soon as I got ok out, the girl taking the order gave me a total for the order. My wife then stepped up and said what she wanted.Again...immediately a total was given. She didn't ask us if we wanted drinks, or chips, or anything else....just the total (which jumped up a good bit after wife ordered). My wife looked at me and said, "did you order something special," and the girl said, "we're just expensive."We had no issue with the pricing. That's not a point in this review. We were in such a rush I didn't think about drinks either so I'll take some responsibility for that error, but that was the time I saw the board with ingredients on it, and asked about adding things to my sandwich. The one thing that stood out to me was when I asked about adding black pepper she told me they have that in packets. That didn't make sense, but again we were in a rush, so I just moved on.Now, the food. The 2 sandwiches we ordered tasted good. My Dad and I enjoyed the sandwiches, although I hadn't added some things I normally enjoy on sandwiches. My wife had inquired about, and ordered what she thought was going to be a turkey "wrap."What she received was what looked like a 1/2 a head of lettuce with a small piece of turkey in the middle. There was no sauce of any kind and far too much lettuce. She had ordered it at the suggestion of the attendent.Anyway...as I said confusion was reigning throughout as a result of it being our 1st time, and the expectation it would be similar to other shops of it's kind we have eaten at in the past. Not much of the experience was what we expected. Some of it was our fault, due to the rush, and maybe faulty expectations.Anyway...3 stars was our experience which appears to be an outlier based on other reviews. There was only one employee when we went in, and she was friendly, but maybe in the weeds a little bit seemed .

Never seen so much salt in a sandwich. Good for an emergency but not good as a place to eat. Just be careful with what you order.

Great place . Great food friendly staff. Highly recommend

The sandwich was delicious. I had the country club.

I enjoy this location. Everytime we stop in the experience is quick, professional and the order is always delicious and fresh!

Small and intimate place for sub sandwiches. A LOT of decor that's got a lot of inspirational and humorous quotes from successful people. The kitchen and all it's gadgets can be a little loud, but overall, it's a nice little corner on Wilkinson St. :)

Great food and Megan was Awesome at helping me get my order.

The folks at this Jimmy John are awesome they listen to what you ask they ask about rewards they ask if you have a military discount and truly are good. Mr Russ has these folks trained well hats off

Food was good, but can't make the sandwich I like as a wrap. I can only get lettuce wrap
