I will NEVER order from Jersey Mike’s again!! I ordered online and why it assumed I would want to order from a store almost 2 hours away is beyond me but it suggested Milledgeville as a store. I went in and changed the store to Fury’s Ferry in Augusta where I live and somehow it still went through to the Milledgeville store. So the one here is no help and tells me I have to just call the store to cancel so I do 6 times with no answer!!!! I put in a request with customer service at 2 PM today and heard nothing back so here I am at home 5 hours later and the Milledgeville store calls to tell me my order is still waiting. You don’t answer 6 calls and take 5 hours to even remind me I have an order? So I explained to her yes it was a mistake and what happened and that I tried to call 6 times her only response is that well she wasn’t there at 2 PM. She then tells me because It is online she cannot cancel it. What kind of sense does that make??? The website specifically instructs you to call the store to cancel!!!! So I’m stuck paying $24 for a sub and drink. No thank you, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Very good sandwich shop... From Cold cuts to the use of the grill.......whatever you want, and they cut it fresh, the meat and the cheese in front of you.... The only negative if you go in, thinking you're going to get your sandwich quickly... But then they have a lot of call in and drive up orders that supersede you even though you're standing in front of them.... I would call in the order next time but the sandwich is good quality...
