The Waitress we had I think was new, they left her out to hang herself. Food was horrible, I asked for no mushrooms and I got them anyways. Hash browns were and eggs were cold. pancakes tasted just like the batter. We went to Celebrate and walked away very disappointed. I pray they help out this Waitress, she never came back to the table to see if we wanted anymore drinks she just brought the check to us.
Food was cooked very well. The service was great. Will go again.
This was the first time we didn't enjoy our meal here. Eggs were runny, bacon wasn't crispy and pancakes weren't fluffy. Sorry you guys were having a bad day, but customers deserve better...
So sad, this used to be a good place to eat. Dirty tables, dirty floors, terrible service and D- food. BLT was served on small slices of bread. Bacon tasted off, one tiny slice of an old dried out tomato and old lettuce. Never coming back!
I ordered the beef tips with mashed potatoes and two extra vegetables. When I got home open my box it was a hot mess it looked as if it was just thrown together and was missing the two extra vegetables that I ask for I was not pleased?
I LOVE IHOP in general, but this particular IHOP always has exceptionally friendly service, and their cooks are always on point with my customizing requests. The food is always plated with an appetizing look and the servers show a great deal of teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction EVERY single time. Great job guys!
Had to wait for orders anything we needed had to get ourselves.not many customers but lots of workers playing around
The breakfast food we ordered was just ok at best. The Colorado Omelette had big chunks of beef and link sausage cut up in the omelette that wasn't good. The Big Steak Omelette barely had any steak in it at all. The pancakes were hot and fresh and was the best part of the meal. The customer service is just ok as well. One waitress was friendly, but another table's waitress wasn't and seems to all ways be in a bad mood, unfortunately, from the previous times we've been here before.
Our waitress had a nasty attitude I told her our food was cold she got an attitude grab the plate and was like uuuugggghhhh anything else
Stood at the hostess podium for 5 minutes. Wasn’t even acknowledged. Sat down and waited for them. Only 1/4 of the restaurant was being seated. Sat at a dirty table. She “cleaned” it and it was still wet. The server spilled my drink on the table, floor, and me then proceeded to tell me that there was a baby at this table earlier that just made the mess. Food is always mediocre at best. I really despise coming here.
