Horrible! Absolutely the WORST Huddle House I've EVER been too.. i rarely ever go to Huddle House, I've yet to have a good experience at ANY of them I've tried... Service was awful, it took over an HOUR to get our food and we were the ONLY customers.. There were 2 servers and a cook! They very loudly talked about things that should not have been talked about in front of customers or really at work.. Don't waste your time going here.. The only good thing they offer is wifi.
This rating is for this location only. I am a repeat customer of Huddle House, but a first time visitor of this location. I wasn't able to create my order online as usual, so I called it in. Upon arrival I saw a sign on the door that read "Cash Only". Well good thing I had enough cash for this visit because I usually don't carry cash. Now to the food... the taste was off, too much pepper, dry or the recipe was off. I will try it again, but this locstions food doesn't taste like the other location.
Been here for almost an hour and no food yet, no coffee refills, no water refills. Sat over twenty minutes waiting to get our order taken. Been over thirty minutes since we ordered and still no food. Had to go get my own cream and sugar for my coffee. The real kicker is the place is halfway empty. These guys need to get it together, I’m about ready to walk out…
I had coffee before an appointment. The girls working in certain we're very friendly and kind. Thank you I will stop back.
I wouldn't even give this place half star. Food nasty n servers don't know what to do I been in huddle house since 2014. Ran three stores n this was the last time I eat there if I was manager I fire everyone
We waited too long for two to go orders the cook didn't seem to have it together. We were the only ones waiting for food.
Like food selection but understaffed. They were doing their best to keep up with orders but fixed called in orders first and we waited 20 minutes and had to leave for an appt. Waitress apologized when we left and explained call in orders were placed before us.
Worst it’s ever been..HORRIBLE SERVICE, you can be sitting there waiting for your takeout order.. looking at it cool off across the counter from you and wait and wait and wait.. waitress walking around in slippersCook with no gloves wiping her sweat but not her hands.. Note to staff: please act and dress professionally. You are cooking people’s food. At least put on normal clothes instead of showing up to work in your pajama pants..plus, nobody wants to see your nasty feet in a restaurant.NEVER EVER AGAIN..!!!!
The place was really over worked and busy. We waited an hour and when we asked how long it will be they kept saying 10 mins. They told us it would be 10 mins for half an hour. We finally asked if our food is on the grill and they told us no. We waited there an hour, and half of the guests had left without eating. They told us they have been prioritizing door dash over in house guests.Either close the dining in option or don't do door dash because they obviously can't do both.
After waiting on our food for at least an hour, we inquired about it and was told they prioritize door dash orders above dine in guests and they hadn't even started our food yet! We promptly left and went somewhere else.
