This place is too relaxed waited almost 30min for someone to take my order and another 30min just find out my order haven’t been started. Everyone was busy playing around waiting on shift change. I just walked out and left.The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of the type nonprofessional service at this location!!

We stopped in after church on Sunday evening. It was obvious that the few others there were already eating. A lady gave us a menu and asked what we would to drink very soon after we got there. Then another lady came and asked us what we would like to drink. The first lady brought our water; but said that the other lady would be our server. Well, we quickly decided what we wanted. The 2nd lady walked right by us probably at least 4 times. I made eye contact each time. She never stopped. She took the orders of people who came in quite a bit after us! The first lady also took the orders of people who came in after us! I finally motioned for the first lady and she came over. I told her that the 2nd lady must not know that we belonged to her. So the 1st lady finally took our order. We had to wait quite a while longer as the 2 groups that came in after us got their food cooked first. When the food arrived, I was SO VERY disappointed. The Philly Cheese Sandwich that I ordered did not look at all like the picture on the menu== there was barely ANY meat on it. I ordered tater tots as my side-- it was completely obvious just by looking at them that they were overcooked and HARD. (I ate them as I was hungry). My husband ordered breakfast. When I saw his eggs, I thought they looked rubbery-- he verified this. He had hashbrowns with his order-- they were almost black. He also said that he usually gets 2 biscuits with sausage gravy when he orders what he did-- he only got 1. When the server brought the food, she got me a refill of my water. I appreciated this; but, my husband's glass was just as empty as mine. Later, she took his glass for a refill-- did not take mine which was almost empty again. So, we were disappointed in both the service and food.

Hours are wrong on the web and on their door. They do not open at 6:00 a.m. Workers were inside but would not acknowledge our presence. Very disappointed
Food was great, staff was really friendly everyone had a smile on their face. I will be returning to this location

My daughter and I went there around 8:30pm and we had a wonderful time. We also decided that we might be going back every other Saturday night for dinner there. The food is amazing and the staff was great as well.
