My family goes at least 5 days each week. We really do enjoy The time we spend there?? The staff are very nice people ?
3 blind mice could work the drive through faster than them, sitting in line currently, moved 2 cars in the last 20 minutes, don’t know why I’m still here
The crullers we bought were old. And the vanilla cream dpowdered doughnuts tasted like they were made with lard. First time here. Not sure we'll second chance.
They are usually so good. But this morning on 03/25/2022, I was the only one in line and my hash browns were burnt and nasty. My small iced coffee with sugar was the worst thing I had ever tasted. COME ON DUNCAN!!!
Wow. (Basking Robins) We had to walk out of the store. Went in with no customers. There were two employees one doing nothing behind the counter and the other cleaning the tables. The one behind the counter did not move at all. After five minutes the one cleaning the tables left came and without washing her hands asked us what we wanted. They had only seven flavors and not identified at all. Do not go to that place.
Says they open at 6 and at 6:30 they were still not open. I placed an online order and the lady at the window wasn’t helpful with how to cancel that, and wanted me to wait 15 minutes. It’s not my fault you were late to work. She could have at least said you can get your same order another time since I had already paid for it. Change your store hours if you can’t open on time. Annoying.
We bought donuts and a coffee and a cappuccino. The service was fine, and the wait was short.
I was charged for a pup cup at this location. A PUP CUP. I have never been charged for one of those because they are FREE. Not to mention the woman in the drive thru was rude, as usual.
Whenever I placed my order. It is always ready when I get there. The staff are professional and friendly.
Had a pretty long wait inside. Not sure when they started using regular sugar instead of the syrup but my first taste I sucked up a straw full of gritty sugar. However the staff was nice and the restrooms were clean.
