They are so rude!!! I was riding my food and I had to keep saying are you there because she was too busy talking and joking with everyone in there. Then get to the window and she slings the food. She asked me if I wanted any sauce I said yeah some ranch please and she didn’t put any in the bag I ordered two orders of cheese curds and a big double burger and I get five pieces of cheese curds in my box and my daughter got a whole bunch I also ordered cheese on my sandwich and there was nothing on there
They've got great shakes. Way better than Sonic.

worst drive thru service ever, employees act like they can’t comprehend english & don’t even tell you to have a good day or anything. HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT ACT LIKR THEY WANT TO WORK

Order a cheesecake milkshake with caramel and nuts this is what I got.It was mostly nuts, no chucks of cheesecake. Not to mention a greasy taste. I have had much better from here.
Ordered two meals from here, each were missing a side. Chicken nuggets and Cajun fries, I didn’t realize that until I got all the way home and had to come back out just for her to hand me the wrong bag of food, corrected her and said it wasn’t my food because she didn’t even know, just to still get the order wrong again…
My husband and I tried this establishment out for the first time and felt like the cost was a bit pricey for hot dogs. Our order was very simple. Two chili cheese dogs for me and two hot dogs with ketchup, mustard and onion for him. As well as two orders of fries. We ordered no drinks. The cost of our order was over $20. When we got home, my husband's hot dogs had no onion on them and by the time we got through chopping up onion to go on them and sat down to eat the food was cold. We probably won't be going back.
I just went through the drive thru and waited forever for my order but that’s not even my concern. I watched a worker in the span of 5 mins pat her hair for 5 mins, eat and touch her nose. so I asked her coworker to ask her to wash her hands politely because that is disgusting. I did not want her touching my food. so the girl proceeded to cuss and talk bad about me right in front of my face. and then proceeded to say I didn’t touch my nose and I said I legit watched you and she was going off on me. extremely disrespectful when all I was trying to do was make sure she washed her hands. we are in a pandemic and more now than ever we should be washing our hands.
Listen to me folks! I have went to cookout tonight for my second time overall. These folks were 100% the absolute post covid group of folks at any fast food establishment I've dealt with to date. I don't know anyone from this establishment or the surrounding area either. I'm from Clay County Alabama myself. These folks at this location were absolutely better than a sit down restaurant too me. 5 stars all day for 5he crew working when I came through there at 8:40 p.m. on 09/17/21!
