I had a very pleasant experience, the young man that took my order named Jaquan was so nice and pleasant. He was outside in the sun 95 degree and he was still nice...it speaks volumes .
It is a shame as big as Milledgeville is we can't have a better chick fil a. I think it's time for a management change or retraining at this location. I am always seeing associates just standing around not taking orders. When you go through the drive thru it takes forever and the food is cold because it has sat there. It's sad I was the 2nd car at the window today saw a guy park his car go in order get his food come out. And then got in his car and drove off all while I was waiting total time in drive thru 25 minutes.
I've been to quite a few Chick-Fil-A's this one isn't bad but it's not the best. I've gone to this one a few times it has decent speed most of the time, staff is for the most part friendly and efficient, the food it's self is pretty good. But over all it's a decent one
Why y’all scared to cook in a little storm??….ordered my food and was at the window then they told me “we’re sorry but we can’t cook or give you your food right now” because a tornado touched down when it really did not?
The girl with freckles that took our order looked bored out of her mind, didn't smile and didn't say thank you until I thanked her. Laurie brought out our order and made up for it quickly with her smile as friendly personality! Thanks Laurie for quickly turning around our visit! From your customer from Idaho!
I am convinced the chicken is enriched with an ingredient that forces my brain to order drive thru from this place. The line is pretty much always pretty long but ordering on the app helps.
The parking lot is sad - no space for traffic at rush hour. However, the service is quick as can be and the workers always brighten your day. A normal Chick-Fil-A, but props to them because they’re so busy from Georgia College and the Military College.
Good food but if you go during certain times you will be in a line but they are pretty fast.
There are not enough words to express how great Chic-fil-A Milledgeville is!!! I had ordered some Chick-n Minis trays for our teachers today. I got worried that my order hadn't gone thru so I sent a message thru the app to check on it. Curt Flournoy himself called me yesterday to assure me that my order would be ready and it was! Thank you all so much for having a great quick service restaurant with awesome employees who make it worth dining out!!!
We went through the drive through and ordered food and shakes, when we got to the window the associate said the shakes machine was broken so they did a refund and charge us for regular drinks. The associates taken the food to the vehicles were so confused that they were taken orders to the wrong vehicles. Our order while we were at the window went to two vehicles before they gave it to us the only thing they did is give us a free meal coupon instead having the whole meal for free.
