Came in again and it depends on the staff, it's a hit and miss. I really love their food but Sometimes it's awesome. Sometimes not so much.Dining area is clean.Staff sometimes is not so friendly.
Customer service and interaction could REALLY use a tune up! I was not treated like a human being. I was spoken to in condescending tones, snappy responses, and deep irritation when I'd ask for assistance. My neice was snapped at and talked down to as well and she's only 16. I got the distinct impression that it was because we are Caucasian. I saw thier interaction with customers that were not Caucasian and they had totally different attitudes. I interact with people of color every day. In my job, church, relationships, and family. Never have I been treated like I was less than. Nor do I treat others that way. Perhaps a reminder of the Golden Rule would help. Treat others like you want to be treated. (Food is great.)
Food was pretty good just a little greasy as expected with them. Customer service was good. I just wish it wasnt so greasy

2 visits with mixed reviews..1st visit, Food was good as expected, and had never had a problem there. 2nd visit about a month later, fish portions had shrunk. My fish were not as wide as my tarter sauce container, very disappointed. I ordered a 2 piece fish fillet dinner and what I got looked like strips. I had pictures but accidentally deleted them. It seemed like the fist portions were cut in half.
My friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered our food to go. Although they were very busy, our wait time to order was reasonable, as was the time taken to fill our food order. The food appeared to have been freshly prepared and cooked appropriately. In fact, the meal was quite delicious. We ordered our entres fried, but the menu offered broiled, as well. Our side dishes were steamed, baked, broiled or fried. The selections were varied and the portions were more than adequate. The food was great, the condiments were totally sufficient and the service was above average. We had no trouble navigating the drive through or the parking lot. All around, this Captain D's is above average on customer service, quality and quantity of food, prices, and location. A most enjoyable experience in a safe atmosphere and a clean environment!

Yes my greatest journey to traverse here and I always love the drive I have never found anything better the c d’s… have you ever had a yummy food? I have and it was definitely from this place. these people are so nice to me even though I am young in age and very rude. Thanks captain d’s for the constant great service!!!
