First time at any BWW, visiting this area and definitely didn’t enjoy my experience. Waited for a while just to be served to end up having a hostess take better care of me then the 3 servers i had.. i get being short staffed as i am a server at a longhorn in my town which was legit right beside this restaurant.. and i left a tip and the girl who did the least work took it.. very unprofessional, unorganized. At least the food was good lol
Terrible experience was seated for 20 min before the waitresses could figure out who was going to take the table. They were not busy there was 3 other tables the after taking the drink order waited another 15 min for me to have to ask about the drink then was brought the wrong drink bc they were out of my drink so instead of saying that they just gave me whatever. I paid for the drink and left. ???

Quite frankly, some of the worst wings I’ve ever eaten. The sauce consisted of a cold blob of goo dumped on top of some wings that were barely warm (wish I had taken some pics). I can’t be certain, but I am pretty sure there was a microwave involved (and not that well). Save yourself some money and go to Kroger and buy a pack of frozen wings to warm them up at home (which might be what WW did?)I am new to the area, and I don’t know if there is a place to get good wings. But I do know that Wild Wings is NOT it!
The food was alright but everytime I go there I never see anyone working. I walk in and it takes close to 5-10 minutes before I'm greater. Working in retail I COMPLETELY understand being understaffed. It's frustrating and very difficult. That being said I'm waiting for companies to realize that they may have to restrategize there benefits so that they can get the quality candidates they desire and bring in the amount of customers they need. It takes money to make money. The last time I ordered food it was an online order that had already been paid. I walked in and waited 7 minutes and didn't see one employee. I saw my food with my name on it so I just took it and left since I had already paid. I know it's hard times but somethings got to change when it comes to seevice.
I've eaten there before and enjoyed the service and the food! However, last night was disappointing to say the least. Service was less than stellar! My burger lacked what I ordered on it, the fries were cold and hard, which were finally replaced, by now the burger was cool. I had ordered some breaded tenders to go. When I got home, saw that half of them were, well over cooked and not fit to eat! Not going to let this outing deter me from coming back, however, if it should happen again, I will wait for good while before returning!
Server was good. The place was nasty inside, floor looked like it hasn’t had a vacuum in a while. Mens bathroom was also nasty. Food came out cold, at first I though the wings were raw. ?? ??
Located in the Milledgeville Mall shopping center to the right of the mall. With many TV’s with wide variety of sports. I had the chicken tenders with fries. Fries tasted like they came off a warmer not fresh, chicken was good. Service was good. What stood out was the variety of dipping sauces which satisfies those like me who love heat to mild. I recommend mainly for the excellent variety of sauces as the food didn’t stand out.
The staff was so rude, I ordered the exact same thing for 2 days straight and they changed me $7 extra and I was just asking why they gave me attitude.They gave me old fries, it was hard as rock.This isn’t the first time I experienced this but I decided to rate after last night.I used to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings every week but The food was so much better and staffs was friendly.Service is 0/10 now at this place.
