I would usually do a nice review, but unfortunately today has not been such a great experience we have currently been in Applebee’s for an hour. We have not received our last drink until literally right now as I am typing this. I am here with my four children and if you have children or know someone with children it’s not pleasant to have to wait this long. I do understand being under staffed don’t get me wrong, but the only one I see working hard is the manager. She is running to and from everywhere. So props to her. Her staff obviously needs to be replaced because she is a hard worker and she deserves people who strive hard and are committed to doing their jobs.
Service sucks..seated me..took my order and NEVER brought my drink while waiting on my food..instead was told by our waitress that the bar tender stop and served another party that arrived 15 minutes after I did...i walked out!!!
Not very good for a date night. Waitress completely forgot the order which was fine but she was very rude about removing the appetizer from my ticket after she never brought it out.
Dinner was a disappointment. Ordered Bourbon street steak, medium. It came out well done and like leather. It was so hot it was obvious it was microwaved. Didn’t receive one side, when I asked the waitress, she told me that you only get 2 sides on the 6 or 8oz. That’s the only size that is offered so how I only got 1 side makes no sense. Daughter food had obviously been sitting under a broiler for a while. Her chicken was like jerky. Service was slow and staff was very inattentive.
I have ordered here two days straight I got the full rack yesterday beautiful great ribs today I got the riblet plate it was kind of burned good but a little crispy I don't like that also the door dash lady was nice as ever but she had older people in her back seat I mean we got to be really careful COVID not to mention your car nasty oh well guess I'll just start picking up my own food
A great selection of good food cooked just right. The service is very good. When you need something relating to your meal, the waitresses take care of it within a quick time frame. You will enjoy your meal at this great place.

I had a great Veterans day meal. My contact with the staff Was very pleasant. The food was great by the way.
We visited for the first time on Veterans Day and other than the sour hostess, who failed to acknowledge my service (a common mistake), the staff was welcoming, the service was great, the food was really good, and the appreciation was genuine. Thank you, Applebee's for honoring veterans.
Had a wonderful time and the asst manger (Kathy) was an outstanding host
