The young lady that took my order in the drive-thru and the young man that instructed me to wait by the light post for my food was so professional, loafs of manners and the young lady just had an excitement when she was taking the order and also was just so pleasant and this is something that I've never experienced at any Zaxby's that I have frequent in the past. Zaxbys needs to "clone" these two individuals.
Food was good. Service was faster than usual. Would have been 5 stars if they would have remembered to include the dressing for our salad.
The lines are ways extremely long. I highly recommend you order in app and pickup. I either get the boneless wing meal or their famous Cobb Zalad (blackened) with a side of their chocolate chip cookies....so try these items if you haven't done so already.
We love Zaxby’s. Great food and almost always great staff. They seem to be one of the few restaurants that seem to be well staffed.
Really good and hot and fresh the new buffalo bites aren't real spicey but really good. I ordered 4 items and they were all very hot and fresh.
No bacon, no tomatoes (and I asked for extra), no crispy bits ,… look like 2 tender on there. But like I trusted y’all with my food and money . I got one nibbler and a medium drink to go with it but I couldn’t even enjoy the Cobb salad that I just paid $15 for
Slow and no sense of urgency. Manager was very nonchalant and unapologetic. There was a man in there who waited an hour for food and was offered no apology. There was no ice and the staff was slow. The manager did nothing to help except hand out orders with no smile or customer service. The dining room lacked the necessities like forks, napkins, etc. I also saw a cook/employee sweeping in the back by the food area and didn't wash her hands after she was finished (yes she made food after). There were spider webs and dust everywhere as well.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This place is horrible. Pot holes in the parking lot and they serve old food. Orderd a 20 pc wing and they taste so bad could not finish. Definitely wings from the night before. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This is by far the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. I placed an order on the app & went to pick it up. I told the child at the cashier what I ordered & she said “I don’t recall seeing your name”. So I showed her the address on my phone & she brushed me off & said “that’s about 15 minutes away from here” . Of course I didn’t know because I’m not from here. Been here for 3 days. So I searched other Zaxby’s & my GPS took me to a empty parking lot. I called this Zaxby’s back & she said “my bad, I do have your order”. Overall it took 1 hour & 30 minutes to get my food because it’s a bunch of children working there. They don’t have to worry about my business anymore.
Very nice I enjoyed my time there the food is great
