Food was good and fresh, line was long and so was wait. They do stand outside like chic-fil-a and take your order so I wasn't expecting the wait to be as long as it was.
I’d you’re going through the drive thru, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!! I’m talking about, feel your food & make sure it’s not cold & the bread isn’t rock hard. Sure wish I had of. What a waist of time.
Drive through line was insane so I went inside the girl they took the order was curt and didn’t seem to care to be there. The black girl in a tan jacket gave me my food although she wore a mask I know she was smiling when she handed me my food.. she was nice and personable for our brief encounter! Good only took a couple of mins and it was hot and good!
This restaurant rates a 3.6 on Google but I believe that to be generous. It probably seems to Zaxby's that $9 isn't much to pay for a Zalad. It really should be called a "Zettuce with raw chicken and a few Zomato slices". When the Zalads are prepared as advertised Zaxby's would be preferred dining choice. Sadly, and more than not, it has become my restaurant of last resort. The farely newly opened Chic-fil-a across the street has a line of cars wrapped around their building. Before we had any other options that used to be the case at this location. I've lived closed to this restaurant since it was built and it has progressively gotten worse. The hours are unreliable. The curbside has been discontinued. The dining room had been closed and still maybe today. We couldn't tell because there were "no customers!" other than us! We are not treated like "Friends" at Zaxby's. Your reputation has been severely damaged by allowing regular poor service and product quality (due to careless preparation) to continue. I hope there is not a day that we all wonder, "Do you remember a restaurant called Zallaby's or something like that? Whatever happened to them?". Well, I know what happened to them. They stopped caring about my money just as they've stopped caring about me as a customer and forget about the motto "Friend" and even shut down the 800 number! You had a great product, a captive loyal customer base and decent locations. Shame on you for pushing your customers away. I have pictures of the Zettuce with partially raw chicken sprinkles which are very similar to pictures already posted in Google reviews. I am not requesting anything from you other than maybe shutting down this location so that it is no longer a temptation of last resort and only because every other competitor has lines that are super long. Good Luck with any possible recovery.
Terrible. Terrible. This zaxbys continues to go down. The line is constantly wrapped around the drive thru. Workers with no sense of urgency. I placed an online order for curbside pickup for 8:45. Arrived at 8:50 and called inside. I had to go in and pick up my order as they wasn’t doing curbside. I get in an my food was not ready. The kids in the kitchen continuously said they made the order when it clearly wasn’t there. The manager intervened and made them remake the order. I did not leave until 9:13 pm. Very frustrating to watch no sense of urgency when preparing my food. Young girl making my food did not have on a mask or hair net. No apologies for the wait or anything. Also the chicken taste like old burnt grease. I would’ve went to chick fil a where they care about service but unfortunately it’s Sunday. Please take some tips from chick fil a.
I love this place. Drive through line was around the building, but the food was fresh and hot. A true reminder that they cook their food to order.
Wouldn't recommend! That ran out of lettuce so they put salad mix on my sisters sandwich. My chicken wasn't pink but it had a rubber fake taste to it. Maybe like it wasn't done
I don’t know how this single Zaxbys can consistently be so backed up and slow. This has been a multiple year long issue and has never been resolved. We have come to this Zaxbys since it opened and service, order accuracy, and food quality has plummeted. This is obviously a “hands off” establishment/money printer for the owners. I feel bad for the staff as they clearly are trying very hard to stay on pace but are incredibly disorganized and inefficient - this isn’t their fault and they clearly don’t have the training needed.
POSITIVELY THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH OF ALLL TIME... FULL OF FLAVOR IN EVERY BITE FROM BEGINNING TO THE LAST BITE... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY IT IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED IT YET... YOU'RE MISSING ONE OF THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICHES I'VE EVER TASTED AND WAS TRULY SATISFIED... ???
My chicken tenders tasted burnt I have no idea why. They continuously give me zax sauce after saying I don’t want it line was crazy wrapped around the building.Definitely not worth the wait.
